We are nothing but impressed with the quality and service we received from Dave Barbale. We contacted him originally because a month after we moved into our home in Southbridge we discovered a leak in both our kitchen and adjoining bathroom ceilings. He promptly made arrangements to come out and assess the situation….and suggested he at least attempt to repair the area. (This because the roof was only 9 yrs old). Unfortunately the issues causing the leaks were more involved, and additional leaks were also discovered…. and we agreed that it was best to replace the roof. Every text we sent with questions and concerns were promptly answered. Dave managed to fit us in sooner than later and got it done before the winter. Thanks for the great job!

Recall Coach John Wooden telling me that no one gets sick of hearing compliments. David Barbale may agree. We sent an S.O.S. out after noticing water emanating from our kitchen ceiling ...a good friend from Charlton recommended David Barbale Roofing; of course, my wife then perused all the reviews and it seemed every customer sang the praises of Dave and his crew. Now we know why! In this day and age, it is so refreshing to connect with a local business that is professional and extremely responsive. Today after texting Dave--- his foreman Jeff, a personable and knowledgeable young man showed up within 15 minutes to inspect our roof, etc. My wife "fired" a multitude of questions at Jeff and his answers were forthcoming and honest. I could go on, but no need to bore anyone with any more details, but if first impressions are important --we want to do business now and in the future with David Barbale Roofing Contractors.
