We rented a cottage on Higgins road for many years in the 60’s and walked to the Landing to buy candy, great memories!

The new owner has really turned this place around. It is so much nicer now. Sushi is delicious as well as the ice cream.

The Landing is a fantastic little shop, run by people who really care about their community. While the store doesn't have everything, it surely has all the things you'll need to have a great time on the Cape. They have sandwiches and sushi, sodas and beer, condiments and snacks, as well as, donuts and ice cream. A fun place to stop for adults and kids alike 😁.

What an awesome place offering everything from groceries, provisions to great sushi and guacamole made right there by the owner. Super nice staff and fun family hangout for ice cream as well.

Such an awesome little shop. Recently redone, has the best ice cream maybe that I've had, ever. Great outdoor seating areas. Coffee is great and they have Hole In One donuts in the AM. Beer, wine, seltzer, perfect one stop shop!

Delicious Ice cream and Sushi. Excellent customer service. The owner works so hard and she always greets you with a smile and great attitude. Tables and chairs to sit at outside. We would suggest this store for groceries, muffins, beer, wine, wood, ice cream, ice and much more.

Grew up walking down the street to come here but haven’t been in a few years, so I stopped in today. I got some sushi (which is made fresh here every morning)- it was absolutely delicious!! The owner was so sweet as well. It’s nice knowing there’s a great place to walk to for sushi, drinks, and ice cream!

We used to bike here for candy when I was I was a kid. 40 years later, a new super nice owner and WAY cleaner, I'm bringing my kiddo for amazing ice cream (all outside and totally covid safe). Just saw that they open at 7:30, have coffee and Hole in One donuts (without the line!) I look forward to trying the sushi too! What a gem!
