I've been using this gas station for the past three years since moving to Easthampton. Their member pay system is amazing. You link your payment account to an app and once you drive up you can just press pay on your phone and pump. Plus you get free food and drinks for buying discounted gas that you needed anyways!

I tried paying with a hundred dollar bill and the lady wouldn’t accept my payment and said it was fake when she used the marker and it clearly showed up as a lighter color it’s only fake if it turns dark . I then went to a store down the street and used it. Not to mention she had a horrible attitude to begin with.

Wanna tell your employee Isabella not to slam down a customer's drink on the counter just because she's having a bad day..... Sometimes your employees can ruin the entire atmosphere.

I attempted to get gas there on Sept. 9, and the pump trickled out 0.06 gallons. I entered the store to see one person waiting in line (and she appeared to be getting impatient) and found the clerk to be making coffee for another customer. She asked if anyone was working the counter, and the clerk did reply that he was. I waited perhaps another minute, then went to the Pride station down the street. This may have been an anomaly, but no gas and what appeared to be a long wait for service (based on the question from the woman in front of me), is bad form.

Automatic sugar dispensers are always empty or broken. Long wait times in the morning at checkout. Prices on most items are most expensive than most places.

Customers beware!!! I recently got my credit card info stolen, and my credit union was able to pinpoint that it happened when I was at the pump at this gas station. This means that either the employees don't pay any attention to people putting skimmers on the credit card machines (or don't care), or they themselves are stealing from their customers. Either way, you won't catch me at this store again!

The music while I pump my gas is literally the reason I come here. I’m talking JAMS. 99 cent iced coffee is major bonus. So clean and bright inside the store, I leave a happier person.

One of the worst cumbys in this area food is aweful, coffee is burnt, and the store is usually not very clean. Not what you would expect from a brand new cumbys.....
