I needed some pieces to repair my railing, not a big sale, but the staff took the time to even call the factory and have them ship in exactly what I needed. No big box store would even have tried to help. I've shopped here for years and always found the staff ready and willing to help!!

10 minute trip. Walked in to the large bay, instantly found perfect baseboard trim, quickly paid, they cut out in half immediately and loaded. Quality of the trim is excellent. Staff was super friendly. Price was less than the comparable material found @ big box online. Glad I discovered this place.

Ordered 4 pieces of select lumber 2 pieces were junk. Took me 2 more days to get 2 replacements. Basically shut me down for 2 days. Customer service terrible.

We had an issue with the Gloucester location totally blowing us off, so we tried Essex. It was just as horrible of an experience. These guys are terrible and the customer service is by far the worst I have encountered in quite some time

They Had what I needed at reasonable prices. Yard guys were a big help, the people working inside the store are very patient and helpful and the sales rep Travis was a huge help. If your doing a project on your home ask for travis,he makes life a whole lot easier, Take my word

Got what I needed but had to chase things down by myself, finally got help, had to leave line to check out had to find the price of the item myself after waiting in line, foind the price and ended up in line again to let the cashier know what the price was....If you have to leave line because cashier dont know the price after thecldg work should be able to return to your spot to check out
