I purchased the 22.00 car wash and the soap came out the other parts were moving, when I came to the part of the wash where the caranuba wax was supposed to come out it didn’t. I went through a second time and it still didn’t come out. I gave up. I recommend Avoiding this car wash. The owner is very nasty! Arrogant old white man. Did the “unlimited” plan and as it turns out there are limitations. You are LIMITED to one car wash per day. Not truly unlimited.

$20 a month. Is great! You pay 20 for a DIY and it's still not clean and you're soaked. It's a car wash people. Not a massage parlor

On July 9th my husband and I decided to buy the monthly membership here for $20/month. After the 1st wash, our antenna off of our Mini Cooper was ripped off by the machines. My husband goes and speaks to the man at the car wash and he told my husband that he came in WITHOUT an antenna. He did not, I have pictures of the car before and after. Also note, this was a sport antenna, so the short stubby ones but ok, my husband leaves. Afterwards, maybe 2 or 3 days, we decided not to take the chance on the car again or on our other vehicles and my husband went back to cancel. When he went there was a woman he spoke to who stated that he could bring the receipt for the new antenna and that she would try to get some money reimbursed. Ok, great. We never asked for that, we were just going to cancel the membership but hey, any money back is good money right? I order an aftermarket, cheaper than OEM, antenna (because I don't want to take advantage of anyone) and we mount it. Today, July 22nd, my husband goes back to this carwash and speaks to the woman who he spoke to before. Unbeknownst to my husband, the man that refused to help previously, IS the owner of the car wash. The owner comes out and flat out refuses to pay for anything (which we never asked for) and tell my husband "You didn't have an antenna because I say you didn't have an antenna". My Husband responds "You have a camera (he's visibly upset at this point by being called a liar ), let's see the footage." "Owner refuses and says no so my husband turns and sees a truck parked. A lovely truck covered in support for our current administration and he turns and not so lovingly tells the owner that now he understood his stance (he may have insulted his member, idk lol) to which the owner decided to call him a "SPIC". Owner then goes on a rant of how Puerto Rico belongs to the US and how we as a people do not know what we are doing. The owner is a peach. Other people behind my husband filmed it so let's hope they post it. So, in conclusion, if you go here, make sure you have an extra antenna, also, the owner is a RACIST!

I had oil spattered on my car from following a truck so I went to get my car washed here. I made the decision to get the best wash mostly because I had heard great things about carnauba wax. Upon entering I saw their sign about satisfaction guarantee BEFORE you leave the property. So my car enters without any interaction on my part. I am wondering how they know what level of service I paid for. The girl gives my truck a quick brushing and I enter the real washing part. As I am going through I noticed that the carnauba wax light never lit up... upon exiting I pulled over (before I left the property) and noticed that the oil spatters on the front grill had not been removed. I went back around and talked to the manager. He said he would run the truck through again (basic wash) and they would do a better job manually brushing the front grill area. Ok. I guess that was a fair response to the guarentee... but what I discovered next was why I will never go back to this car wash. I also asked about the carnauba wax and he stated that it was broken for a few days. So I questioned why they didn't address that issue when I made the decision to purchase the best wash, or why they didn't give customers a free coupon to come back another time.... after all I paid for a service and they clearly had no intention to provide the service or even inform me that the service wasn't available. I could easily have saved $5 and gotten the next cheaper wash. He said they have so many cars go through in a day that they couldn't possibly make a change to the system. I find it absolutely unconscionable to sell a service that they have absolutely no intention of providing, no intention or effort of informing the customer or make any kind of good will adjustment. It is STEALING. Terrible business ethics. The owner was supposed to call but of course that has not happened (nor did I expect it to given the obvious dishonesty of the management). There are lots of other car wash place nearby... go somewhere else.

The old man who sprays down the cars is extremely rude and was swearing at me over 4 leaves in the back of my truck. I will never go back.

***It's now called the Quick n' Clean Car Wash*** Excellent car wash, but very poor service. They frequently close early even in good weather. They offer unlimited wash packages but 3 out of the last 4 times I tried to go they were closed during their regular business hours (which are already inconvenient in the first place) I understand being closed in bad weather, but that was not the case. The guy they having running the place during the week could care less and packs up early. If this company gets their act together I'll stick with them, otherwise I'll find other options. It's a shame since they have an excellent car wash. Edit: Closed 4 out of 5 times now. I just cancelled my unlimited wash package and removed a star. Also the self serve car wash at the other end of the road is owned by the same people. I'll be avoiding that one too, they don't deserve anyone's business. I'd rather pay more and go some place else.
