Friendly, helpful staff. Hours could be longer, but plague years have cut hours everywhere. (The other one in town has 24hr drive thru but that doesn't let one see what's left.) Parking: Adequate parking for walk-in traffic. Wheelchair accessibility: Placar parking convenient by door.

Every time I’ve gone here my order was wrong. Charged for items I ordered but, never received. When I called to voice a complaint to the manager he gave me an attitude and blew it off. Worst Dunkin I’ve experienced ever.

They are nice people and fast at getting orders ready. Would give it a five but some lady in the drive through lately never does my coupons or app rewards right! Frustrating.

Manny at the front desk was very helpful and cordial, he greeted us with a friendly smile and fast service though I live in Rehoboth Massachusetts I'm pretty sure I will be coming to foxboro to this Dunkin donut establishment as I love Dunkin donuts coffee and I look forward to trying the ice cream cake pizza thing. As well my sandwich was very good I had a Turkey egg and cheese muffin and my wife seem to like hers a lot, she also enjoyed her coffee. Again thank you Manny.

I frequent this DD often and they consistently get my order correct (not true of many of the Dunk's I have frequented), they are consistently polite (who even asks you how your day is at the drive thru anymore?!), and fast. I don't even hesitate when I see a long line because they zip right through the orders and in no time, I've got my order and can get back to my busy life. Thank you to the great employees for the good job you do!

I hate this place so much! Every time I go here they get my order wrong and it makes me angry. I can be being for one thing and I don't get the whole thing I'm paying for. It's always something with this one. The food not cooked right, or my drink is missing something, or I missing parts of my order and have to Witt an extra ten minutes. Good thing though it's not the only dunkin place in Foxboro though.

The staff was rude and unorderly. The employees were more concerned about chit chat and bickering than the patrons waiting. The place was messy and I noticed some employees wearing slippers, I know this alone is an OSHA violation in the food service industry. After I ordered I realize I was going to need butter with my order, and instead of helping me they argues that I can't have any because I did not order it with it. 1 tiny pack of butter? No one even offered to ring me in for 1 packet of Butter! It wasn't just one employee it was 3 of them arguing with me that I didn't order it that way. I hope the managers read this, odds are they won't because its obvious the owner of this DD does not care about their customers.
