This store is near to my home, but the worst customer experience makes me not to go, the cashier today was rude with us, behaving as if they own us, there is Dollar tree just opposite to this store, I would recommened to go Dollar tree rather than coming here to shop

Yesterday I went to the Framingham store where I shop constantly. It’s a chaos in first place but I understand shortness of staff. They have limited basket and the carts are huge to navigate inside with boxes blocking isles. I always bring my shopping bag. , grab my water head to cashier who is part of the reason why I come as she is very nice . Yesterday I did the same.. but this woman came to me an yelled at me saying : “ you can’t bring bag inside put them back at front” I felt like a criminal.I asked since when as I have done it forever . she said “ since right now- I’m a new manger so I’m telling you to go back and put them at front. I said there no sign outside asking to PLEASE LEAVE BAGS OUT or mentioning new manager. There’s always way to ask people to leave bath outside vs treating people like criminals before even walking out. I’m so angry the way I was treated. I was buying waters , zero intention to steal 1dollar waters . I won’t return to there. Maybe just to tell her she is a reason why she lost my business , my husband business and the people I shop for. Plenty of stores with good deals.

Too much stuff packed on some shelves and others are bare. Tried pulling out a pillow to look at it and everythinggggg on that self and the one behind it fell off. Made me defiantly not want to touch anything else lol nvm buy anything. Staff is nice though. Im sure they are short staffed and busy that's why shelves are messed up

Lira (General Manager) and Shierly (asst manager) need to be spoken too or terminated for how they treat there customers & employees. They yelled at my 3 yr old daughter for touching and looking at the toys. I was in such shock I didnt no what to do. So I took my daughter and walked away, as I was doing so, I could hear them talking trash. I have to say the cashier was awesome. She was very kind, sweet and went our of her way to make sure I was satisfied. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have given this store a 1 star. Let's acknowledge this employee for her excellent customer service skills. Rose, thank you! p.s. you could do so much better..

This store is very convenient for me to go to. But the lack of customer service in this store makes me not want to go there. The general manager has horrible customer service skills and you feel like your business isn't wanted if you even need to ask the simplest question if you could get a new sales team and a new management team in this place a store has so much potential but until that happens I won't give anything about a 1-star rating for this place

I actually worked here. If you are reading this, please stop shopping at this location. Lira, the manager, treats her employees TERRIBLY and doesn't take care of them at all, from not reimbursing travel expenses to hiring under false pretenses. I was hired under the assumption I would be making 16/hour, since I was traveling 40 minutes every day to make it to this place. I never made anything over 13.50. After it was mentioned and I started bringing up that I still had the messages, I was seen as a threat or something and Lira tried writing me up, multiple times, for things she actually could not write me up for. She told me that my work ethic wasn't enough, called me a child to my face after accusing me of going off on an employee whom I did not (it was a simple misunderstanding because lira did not inform me of closing duties that night, so I had insisted on doing the manager part of the duty since I was not informed and they want you out of the store by a certain time). And after speaking to the associate, she told me she had no idea what Lira was talking about, that she was completely fine with me and there were no issues. I traveled to other stores, I'm still owed about $150 in mileage for that, and on top of that, I worked overtime one week and Lira changed my hours so I would get paid the next week... With no overtime. Do not work here, do not shop here. Dollar general is a terrible corporation. I was not the only employee to be treated this way either.
