There are a few people that are quick, helpful or as knowledgeable as this worker her name is Desiree when ever I call she’s always the one who picks up I sometimes wonder if it’s just her working there since no one else ever picks up the phone. She’s nice helps me out and gets my wires done right away she’s truly awesome worker friendly and has a sweet voice that can change your mood. I’m just here to say she’s the best any question I have always gets answered in a timely fashion and is the reason I still bank with this bank.( if you get her on the phone your in good hands)

Takes forever to complete a transaction. Didn't give balance on receipt. People are very nice, but banking shouldn't take 10 minutes to do a deposit

I only give 1 star ratings to places that really are deserving of them. This bank does not know how to treat people right. I am a business owner and was considering switching my banking over to them. When I walked in to make a simple banking transaction with US dollars, they denied me and said I needed to have an account with them to BREAK DOWN BILLS. I thought this was a bank? Too bad for you, you'll never get my business and I tell everyone about my experience with this bank. Don't go here unless you like being mistreated.
