Was looking for a fluoride free, holistic dentist and was referred to by some friends. I had my two children end up going for a cleaning using our own toothpaste and with no xrays. They tried charging me $800!! Then I said for less than 30mins your charging me for what?! Then they said sorry we added the xrays and then said it’s $400 instead. (STILL INSANE) Not only that, they told me both my kids had lip ties, and that it would cost $200 for each child to just have a consultation. I went to 2 other dentists to confirm if this was true and they both laughed. Turns out, neither of my children have lip ties. I wonder how many other people just took their advice and have had unnecessary surgeries. Disgusting if you ask me. There is nothing good about this place!

I just saw Dr. HAND, ND for the first time and it certainly won't be my last. I didn't know what to expect going in but it was a very pleasant experience. His kindness, his touch and his compassion were way above normal. He does Bowen, craniosacral and therapy of the mind all at one time. Talk about COMPLETE COMFORT! his hands get this energy that can't be explained and he is capable of helping so many things that we all suffer from dzy to day. Look at the lists of stuff he helps! It's so incredible. I left feeling like i made a friend instead of seeing a doctor! In my heart that is how it is.

NEVER AND EVER GO THERE! If only I could give their dental service negative stars!! Never return your phone calls or emails unless you haven’t paid yet. I have to go there in person multiple times to get anything from them, from x-rays to insurance claim documents. As for their treatment? Well, I had a crown inserted more than half year ago, still hurts. So, if you don’t care about wasting your hard-earn money ( ridiculous expensive compared with other dentists) , really get a lot of time to kill, and don’t mind being ignored all the time, congratulations, this is your go-to place! Wish I knew better

I would give them zero stars if I could. What kind of dentist doesn't think fluoride is good for practice? On their website they even acknowledge that it is recommended by the American Dental Society and condemns it in the same breath? Ridiculous, unprofessional and honestly how did they even get a practicing license? Staff is also very rude. It was the closest office to me and even still I will never go back again.

I’ve been going for just about 2 years. The treatment is great but their appt. scheduling isn’t. Three times they’ve called me to cancel an appt because the doctor needed to reschedule. Unfortunately they then reschedule 2-3 months later. I can see if it was me that cancelled I wouldn’t need to wait. But when it’s them cancelling - you would think they could put me in sooner.

I was thrilled when I found this place. I am chronically ill & started seeing some practitioners there. Dr. Evans soon became my dentist. I thought it would be not only convenient having it all under one roof, but also beneficial to me as a patient. What a horrible mistake! These people decimated my dental health while charging me tens of thousands on top of my dental insurance. Since I am unable to work, my husband and I had to take a loan to pay for this. Not long after becoming a patient there, Dr. Evans started pushing me into having all my previously root canaled teeth extracted. He was backing himself with an outdated, 100 year old theory of Dr. Weston Price. Being desperate to feel better made me vulnerable and I eventually gave in. He extracted six of my teeth and made an extensive bridgework. I won't go into details, but I was put through so much pain and misery, that my chronic illness soon became even worse. And that was only the beginning. After exactly 1/2 year, half of one of my bridged upper front teeth completely broke off. Dr. Evans had to put some veneer over it. Less than three years later (and finally different dentist), 3 of my molars supporting the bridgework had to be root canaled due to pain. One developed serious infection and had to be extracted. Therefore I have NO molars on one side as a result. Now I have trigeminal neuralgia in my face and will most likely suffer for the rest of my life. 6 months later, another molar supporting a large bridge has become infected and the bridge has to be removed. I am afraid that soon I won't be able to eat solid food. I am not even 50 years old. I also started having bad migraines soon after the bridgework which have become almost daily over the next couple of years. I have contacted them numerous times to send me my patient records and x-rays, so I can get proper treatment. After ignoring my emails for a while, they finally sent me a few x-rays of my teeth AFTER the work was completed. I never received a single page of my patient records.

What an amazing experience! From the moment you are greeted to the completion of your dental treatment, they all are patience and caring. I felt extremely comfortable and safe before and during COVID. Their attention to ever detail does not go unnoticed. Thank you. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to be cared for as a whole person.

Horrible! I should have read the reviews prior to going. I was looking for a holistic dentist and someone with experience in removing metals from the mouth and was so hopeful when I found this place. After a few visits I quickly saw many red flags. Dr. Nordin wanted to remove my front teeth that had been crowned and then kept changing her mind from one, to two, to three teeth to be removed. Her uncertainty spooked me, her up front out of pocket costs not covered by insurance seemed off and when I asked about her experience with the type of surgical procedure she wanted to do she got defensive, told me she'd send me a estimate and then never got in touch with me again. Her office staff as others mentioned was nice at first but as soon as they make a mistake become extremely rude. I was there early for my second appointment, I had checked in and waited for a while, when I checked in again because it had been past the time of my appointment the receptionist told me I was in the wrong place (supposed to go to the other building for this appt) and that I missed my appointment and they couldn't see me now. When I checked in, they never told me this specific appt would be elsewhere and as I sat in front the receptionist she never once said anything. No one apologized and or was able to get me in to see her. I finally saw Dr.Nordin rather than her and the other specialist and she was just as dismissive and rude. I don't trust anyone in their dental practice. It's an obvious shady culture from the top down. Be cautious if you do see them!

I am so sorry to see some negative reviews here. My husband, son and I all go here and we are quite happy. In fact, one of their hygienists even caught something that my husband's previous dental practice did not - a piece of plastic lodged under his gums that was doing some serious damage to the surrounding area. His previous dental practice was going to drill and fill it because they thought it was a cavity! All-in-all I highly recommend this place. Dr. Katta is very thorough and wonderful to work with!!

Dental: Just got back from my initial in-take/consultation and I can not begin to explain how thrilled I am to have found this place. The office is gorgeous, modern, peaceful and serene. Every one of the staff that I encountered (from reception, to assistants, to dentist, to financial planner) are genuine, kind, pleasant, friendly and cheerful. I am overwhelmingly excited to find a practice that functions on similar values to my own. Organic coffee, tea, or infused water in the waiting room. Herbal mouth rinses in the bathroom. They are still a legit, functioning dental practice so there are x-ray machines and all of the modern equipment you're used to. Dentistry isn't a cheap endeavor and as far as I can tell, their prices fall right in line with quality work in the rest of the industry. I scheduled 3 follow up visits to have my mercury fillings removed and replaced with a bio-compatible filling. I'll also receive a detox consultation to help rid myself of the left over heavy metals. They offer a huge variety of services to compliment the dental practice. There is a spa, massage, reiki, mind body psychotherapy, whole food cafe, sauna. They do have a patient "advocate" who comes in to talk to you and yes, there is an element of sales in the conversation. That being said, they are a varied business with a zillion offerings and treatment options. It's nice to know whats available to you and if they don't share that information, the services won't get used! Take what you're interested in and leave the rest! If you are moving toward living a healthier, more natural life- do yourself a favor and book a consultation here. I drove 2 hours each way to visit them and I'll happily do it again for my upcoming visits.
