The manager is very rude and obviously not a people person and has not properly trained any of his employees judging from my experience and every time I try to get cash back they say no because there to lazy to get more change out the safe.I do not recommend this family dollar and would give them zero stars if I could I know this post won’t make a difference just wanna warn anybody that plans on going here

A girl in white watching tiktok behind the counter accusing people of being connected to me (i don’t know her at all mind you) and not doing there job i seen a worker constantly being told to do more than shes suppose to (speaking from someone who use to work in a similar store) i only go here when im in town to see family because its close by but im always disappointed by multiple people slacking off multiple employees say they only speak Spanish than go to a different customer speaking English Update: tried to call them to speak to manager they never answered i called multiple times

It's Holyoke so expect it to be ghetto as hell. Messy and disorganized. Finally this applies to all Family Dollars, when certain products run out they take way too long to restock. Pretty frustrating when you go week after week and still missing certain products.

Ghetto, dirty, worse customer service. Employee named Pam I believed kept talking about how she killed a guy Made feel really uncomfortable and she made a few racial remarks towards me. Other employee had head phones in and pretended not to know English when I clearly just heard her speak English. Only one who helped me was a guy I believe name was Steve. But not going back to that family dollar

This is the first time I've been to this store and it was very clean and neat and the staff was very friendly and helpful oh, I've been searching every Family Dollar for a specific chemical and no one's had it except for the store

Very little product on shelves. I see alot of bare shelves. It's been like this for months now. Staff are helpful and nice though.

I had to pick something up quick and last minute and this was the only place open. So, they get a two star for at leased being open. Nothing was stocked. The coolers were practically empty. The place was dirty. 3 Minutes into the store, I had to take a step back while some guy rushed passed me with a pack of white tees. RIght out the door! The cashier said he was in there the night before and did the same thing, for something else. Hopefully it was pants. Than he has his outfit.

Wow, very nice cashier, wonderful people skills. Wish I could've asked for her name. She was too nice. Been there many times and honestly never really seen a cashier like her there. She would greet everyone and make conversation. It's about time. Definitely recommend. I had went a lil after 8pm on the 7/6 and she I think she's a white American young lady. Hope she doesn't change.
