They are a nice family orientated business . They were very fair with me . And took the time to explain why they charge for certain things . They made you feel at home countrystyle . You can't be from the city to understand that statement

You simply dont get this kind of service from the big box stores. You ask a question they help get you the answer. If you ask where a tiol may be located they walk with you and find it. None of that point and it's down isle "32" baloney.

If you are considering Pearson Septic Service for work at your home you may want to take your business elsewhere. The customer service of this company is extremely bad and they are only concerned with making a buck. I had a completely brand new septic system installed at my home 3 years ago. Since that point in time I have had repeated issues. Two years after my brand new system was installed my septic tank alarm started going off. I called Ron Pearson and he sent his son to take a look. He proceeded to charge me $300 (Very High Rate, others in the area are cheaper) to pump my tank. It turned out that there was a faulty connection installed on one of my tank floats. Ron proceeded to tell me that this was not a problem with the system and that is was an electrical issue. Call me crazy when your company does the system install and it uses electricity in the system.... it is part of the system. Ron then sent out his electrician and the electrician, not Ron, agreed to fix the issue for no cost because the installation was faulty to begin with. Ron Pearson did not refund my $300 for having the tank pumped because of his faulty installation which would have been the right thing to do considering the job was never done right from the start. This was my first experience with the poor customer service of Pearson Septic Svc. This year I have a new issue. It started the same way. The alarm on my tank started going off. I called Ron again and he told me that it was not going to be an issue with the system but an electrical issue. The electrician came to my house and reviewed the issue and it turns out my 3 year old septic pump had burnt out and it was no longer under warranty. This should not happen to a 3 year old pump. Ron Pearson essentially washed his hands of the issue and I had to pay 750 dollars to get a new pump installed. In addition to this his son came over to pump out my tank before the install could be done. You would think that considering all of the issues I have had to this point they would pump my tank for free as courtesy. Absolutely not! They were more than happy to come to by house and charge me $225 to only partially pump my tank. After pumping the tank Ron’s son asked that I make a personal check out to him instead of the company. When I asked why this was he was unable to provide a valid reason. I then called Ron to discuss this and his son then appeared back at my house 20 min later requesting that I make the check out to Ron instead. Who knows where this money was going to go not to mention a complete lack of professionalism. Moral of the story is, if you want to avoid these types of headaches don’t do business with Pearson Septic Service. Once your system is installed their customer service is terrible and their only concern is making a buck. In the past I have done a lot business through Pearson (Septic, Hardware store, Mulch, Christmas trees ...ect.). I will not being doing business with this company going forward.
