Not crazy about this Starbucks any more. It's a hit or miss depending on who's working. The last time I visited my chai tea was made with regular milk instead of soy milk. Regular milk makes me sick. At least I'm able to identify regular milk from one sip but by the time I took my first sip, I was already halfway home. I threw it out. At almost $7 for a chai tea latte, I would expect that more attention is paid to making the drink correctly. Sometimes there is a reason why people are so selective with what goes into the drink.

I had a dangerous soy chai tea latte habit a few years ago. I was doing fine until I moved back to MA. This Starbucks is walking distance from my home so when I take walks, I somehow end up here. ☹️ There is always a long line but the staff is very friendly. Doesn't help my addiction though. Highly recommend.

not only was my drink bad but when i asked the lady working there to give me my food (THAT I ORDERD 40 MINUTES PRIOR) she told me she could not help me and gave me mean looks. Thats wasted dollars down the drain and I am furious about that. I am a loyal customer and at least 20,000 dollars goes to you guys a year just from ME. So, i should be treated with respect! thank you for reading, have a nice day. (thank you starbucks for NOTHING, and i mean LITTERALY nothing bc you never gave me my food!)

I’ve always liked the people here but we had the best experience the other day. The baristas made my 4-year-old daughter feel like she was so important. So often our little ones get overlooked when they just want to be included. She walked out and literally said “wow they really love me!” How lovely is that? What a nice way to make people feel! Keep it up!

Can you fix your hours on Google To correspond with when you’re actually open? Just a thought Starbucks. This seems to be an issue a lot and frustrating when you go during ‘open’ business hours and the door is locked. I’m sure the staff is great though!

I've only been there once and I order a drink that I always get when I go to Starbucks but not only did I wait 15 mins for my drink then my drink was missing one of the main ingredients. I chose to not bring it back as I was already running behind. I never usually give bad reviews but I was so disappointed my drink was almost $7 and I left $3 tip.

Starbucks and Cafe Nero duke it out in a endless dance of bloodshed and coffee beans. You can get front row seats to this battle as there is outdoor seating between them. Many people have tried to negotiate a cease fire but usually give up, or get distracted watching TikTok s on the open wifi.

Starting my morning off with coffee and an amazing women named Elena is the ONLY way to go. She always makes my world a happier place with her welcoming spirit. I even got a reusable cup as a gift for my daily coffee. All the staff here are very energetic and friendly. I will keep coming as long as Elena is there. Keep up the amazing customer service.
