I have been attending Bikram yoga for the last month. I couldn’t express my gratitude to the intire team of yoga instructors. I have made tremendous progress physically with my leg. The joy and benifits reflect during the postures and the awakening of heart with gratitude. I have had a knee replacement and each time I attend a class I have made progress with flexibility and strength in my knee. There is no pain after and you gain so much more movement with ease. No stress. Highly recommend anyone recovering from knee or hip replacement. The instructors are very thorough and detailed oriented. It is a fantastic way to heal and move forward with positivity. I am extending my heartfelt thank you to each and every instructor for making me welcome and integrating me with so much normalcy. Thank you all, you are simply amazing and please accept my gratitude. Simply get out there and just check it out once you will not stop.

I spent a month or more living in Newburyport and wish i discovered this Bikram studio sooner. I have practiced in Thailand and Boston and had great classes, but I think all of the instructors in Sailsbury are some of the best I have had! Amazing classes, great workout and excellent studio with fully equipt showers and changing room. Will hope to be back in the future. Thanks for everything Jan!

What a great Bikram studio! The room is quiet and clean, the changing areas are roomy and have showers, and the place always smells pleasant. The instructors I have had are very supportive and offer instruction on poses that are helpful.

I got hooked on Bikram yoga at Seacoast, great teachers, great facility and really friendly yogis. I' have been practicing here since shortly after they opened. The practice has changed my life. Helped me recover from injures. But very best of all, at 69 I spent 4 weeks down hill skiing in MT and just road my bike 180 miles across the state of Maine. For me my practice at seacoast is a fountain of youth -- just have to drink from it regularly

I came here as I needed to do some type of exercise, had no idea what it was about, wow, what an experience. I always did another type of yoga, but I got bored so I tried Bikram, the heat was incredible, my body was able to stretch and I actually lost weight doing it !!! The owner Jan, is such a blessing in this world of ours. I was comfortable from the first moment I met her, truly an angel in a human body ! I am a massage therapist and I refer my clients to Bikram Yoga Seacoast. This should tell you exactly why I rate them 5stars ! Namaste, Marty

The absolute best Bikram yoga studio I have ever been to. The instructors are wonderful and the space is very well thought out and the hot room doesn't stink!! I have practiced in some very stinky spaces, and it really makes a difference. There are thoughtful touches everywhere and I really appreciate that at the end of practice the instructor gives you a cold towel with steeped in some type of essential oil. Love this studio!

I came to Bikram Yoga Seacoast 5 years ago. I can say that this studio and outstanding group of instructors have changed the way I approach fitness. Not only physical fitness but spiritual fitness and mental fitness as well. The instructors are well trained and caring. I have never been asked to push too far but always encouraged to find my personal best. I can always count on the staff to guide not only the veteran yogis but the new comers as well, and make the class work for everyone. I have not been to the gym in 5 years and I'm not going back. I have never felt more fit and centered. I can't say enough about this fine studio.

I was introduced to this studio by a friend and it's been an amazing experience from day one. It's become part of my weekly routine and the health benefits are truly remarkable. All of the instructors here are excellent, including the owner Jan. The studio is clean, well maintained and very inviting. You won't find a better group of positive, supportive instruction and encouragement. I'd highly recommend this studio to anyone.

I have been practicing for about 4 years now at Bikram Seacoast and it's been a life changing experience for me. It's an incredible work out for body and mind. I leave with a huge smile on my face and feel much better every time. The studio is a peaceful, happy place -- and very clean. I don't know what I would do without this yoga and this studio. Highly recommend you try it!

I went to a class when it just opened. It was my first time taking bikram and my first time at this studio. About half way through, I began to feel very sick and light headed. I left the class and it took me a few minutes to feel better. My friend left the class as well because she saw that I wasn't looking well through the class window. The instructor who was also the owner came out and encouraged me to come back in the room. I told her I could not and I felt awful. She said "no one has ever left my class." She went back in the class grabbed our mats and belongings opened the door to where we were in the waiting area and dropped our stuff on the floor. She never asked how I was and was clearly very angry we "left' her class. Needless to say, I never went back. I have been to bikram yoga other places and have never been treated so disrespectfully. I have danced my whole life and taken classes all over the US. I have never been treated so poorly. Not impressed!
