My daughter order bagel bites and a coolatta some how came to $20 bucks. When she received her order their were 3 order of bagel and egg. When showed the person in charge that it is wrong. Instead of fixing it. She decided to return the money and told my 11-year-old daughter to get back in the line. Not sure if this is Dunkin s protocol on fixing orders. We will not be going there again.

Time for a new staff..... Again........ Between the language barrier or just plain lazy/dgaf Attitudes here are less than ideal. For the amount of people you have working why is nobody being served. I can count 4 people either sweeping moving trash around or just plain standing there complaining about life.... I came here for a coffee not youre life story.

Lady in the front told me she will be right with me and disappear for 5 minutes. I walked out and went to starbucks. Dunkins is expensive and provide horrible service while starbucks is expensive and provide good service…. Starbucks>Dunkin

Food and beverage is usually well made and accurate at this location. In my experience 1 out of 15 or 20 orders have a mistake. Lines can be long during popular times. Online order and pickup makes things quicker.

Every other Dunkin I have went to has put cream cheese on the bagel without an issue, but apparently it is too much to ask for over here as the lady at the drive thru said “we only do it on the side” and when I asked why can’t they put it on it she responded “you want me to open up the thing just to put the cream cheese on your bagel” like its something they are incapable of doing. Unacceptable.

This Dunkin Donuts is astonishingly DISRESPECTFUL! I ordered five coffees and one of which was hot, but served as lukewarm. My friend whom it was for was understandable disappointed as his coffee was undrinkable. Upon returning to Dunkin's to exchange the coffee my friend said, "Hi, I think I was given the wrong coffee" and Jovi responded sarcastically with, "Yeah, probably not." And we pulled up to the window and the cashier; Malachi silently extended his arm with a coffee. No words had been exchanged since the speaker, so my friend asks respectfully if this coffee was meant for him, Malachi silently nods his head. My friend hands him back the bad coffee and that's when Malachi rudely dumped the coffee outside the window, splashing on the car we're in. This behavior is unbecoming of any establishment and I've never seen anything of the sort from Dunkin Donuts. I will not be returning untill they can figure out how to control their employees.

Absolutely the worst service ever. They act annoyed to have to take your order. They say “is that it?” Before you’re even done saying your order. They are totally lazy and take forever and mess up my order every week. I’ve gone to this dunks every Sunday for months and have settled for less. Never again! This place needs new management!
