Super nice staff! Surprisingly small when you first get in, but every product is high quality and worth the (fairly reasonable) prices! I was especially pleased by the leather sections with handmade leather products from Worcester, they're downright cheap for the craftsmanship! Very kind mother/daughter duo working there, and they do excellent gift wrapping. A place where you can feel at ease, cannot recommend enough.

Both woman are extremely rude! Extremely strict here felt like I was walking through TSA! Don’t waste your time here. Small options to chose from anyways!!! Never coming back!!

I can’t believe I was hesitant to walk in here. It is not what I expected as this was my first time in this type of store. I walked in here with no idea what I wanted and the woman behind the counter was so nice and accommodating. Just go you won’t regret it.

I love this shop! Just stopped by for the second time and Doreen was very helpful and knowledgeable. My first experience was with Desiree, and she was great as well! I think a lot of people probably feel a little awkward coming into a store like this for the first time, but it’s so nice to have kind people there to help you. I will definitely be coming back!

This shop has a very comfortable atmosphere. With a excellent and knowledgeable staff that will help guide you through the store. I will shop here again. I also found it amazing that they do gift wrapping which saved me lots of time. Thank you for the experience <3

It's always a pleasure to stop by Desiree's Desires. The owners are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They stock a wide variety of products for a wide range of desires and budgets, but unlike some other adult stores, I wouldn't consider anything here "junk" or "unsafe." The vibe is always casual and welcoming, making this a great place for anyone who may feel uncomfortable in other adult stores.

I will not go here again. I had high hopes from reading the reviews. Everything I picked up I was met with "oh, you don't want that" "you need to see a doctor" "you shouldn't be doing that" or "I won't sell that to girls over 20"... like really???? My husband and I walked out politely but shopped at another store where we felt comfortable and purchased what we needed. This store made me feel uncomfortable, judged, and flawed. To add after the owner commented, again every time I picked up a product I was corrected. Owner was very condescending and apparently didn't want to sell to me. It isn't that hard to let a customer shop without making then feel like crap. I know my body, there is nothing physically wrong with me and I knew exactly what I was looking for. The other store treated me like an honored customer and had the same exact products. I bought there because the treatment was much better.

Had a GREAT experience here. The store is in an incredibly discreet location and is very welcoming. Its boutique style set-up is adorable and chic, they carry the latest in everything from lingerie to lube and the mother-daughter team that own and operate the place are fabulous. They are very sweet and definitely know how to make their customers feel comfortable in what can sometimes be awkward situations. The prices are significantly lower than any other adult store I've been to and they have quite a selection of items, they even have a separate room for everything you need to have a bachelor/bachelorette party! All in all I absolutely LOVED this place and am DEFINITELY going back!
