These people who needed to complain so bad that they had to seek out a place online so they could post their miserable attitude and personality for all to see. Are just that... miserable! As for 711 and the gentleman who work there, they are great people who are friendly and helpful every day when I get off work and go to get what me an my roommate need they always have a smile and friendly words.

They say 24hr but they close the store at 11:40 some days or 12 on other days just update those hours or something

They open when they feal like it, not 24 hrs!!! Honestly go to one of the local stores that are family owned in waltham, smaller selection but honest about hours and more convenient!

Fourth 7-11 I've gone to tonight advertised as 24 hours that wasn't. Choose a different chain, they clearly don't care about customers.

Doing a great job during the pandemic to stay well-stocked with essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, face coverings, different kinds of hand sanitizers, etc. I'm sure other stores have been doing just as well, but this has become my go-to when I need something important. Staff is usually friendly, too.

Very good experience. Attendant/proprietor was out of the Slurpee flavor I wanted he gave me a complimentary drink which he didn’t have to do. I will be going back again to give my business to them and I will be telling others to do the same because the owners practice ethical business practices and they are able to provide customers with interactions that make them feel completely valued which honesty you don’t get much these days which huge chains.
