One of the finest restaurants on the Cape, PB Bistro does not disappoint! Incredible food prepared by a classic French kitchen, spectacular (and reasonably priced!) wine list, and great service from the chef on down. The lamb chops on the menu are perfectly cooked with a delightful sauce, local asparagus cooked to delightful tenderness, and the creme brulee had the consistency and crunch you hope from all cremes brulee. Went twice in a week and loved it each time, highly recommend! Shoutout to Eddie at the bar.

What’s not to love about this place? There’s plenty of parking. Easy to get to. They have doggy waste stations in the parking lot, which makes this place a lovely spot to stop at with your pooch. They even have water bowls outside for the doggies. The outside decor is so well done. It makes you feel like you’re in France. Chef Phillipe is so welcoming. He never forgets a face and he takes the time to come out and say hello. Their bread is phenomenal. The croissants are the best!! The pastries are earth-shattering. They even have a cash dispensing station like those in Europe. The traffic light outside letting you know when to enter is the best!

I don’t have the words to describe how amazing this place really is. But you have to get there early. Take your bike and make it your morning routine.

nothing more i love when traveling than discovering a bakery, especially a french style one. unfortunately we were disappointed with the majority of items we purchased on this day. a 7-8 person line outside upon our arrival. monitoring the number of patrons inside due to small area inside for buying. the cases were well stocked with items that looked spectacular. Croissants of multiple types, cookies, tarts, etc all beautiful. also a light lunch menu and even whole roasted chickens. staff was personable and answered all our queries easily. our order today was an almond croissant, Pain au raisins-swirl pastry with raisins and i think almond cream-and two cookies. one was a double chocolate chip and the other a peanut butter chocolate chip. these cookies were quite large. big around as hockey puck but not quite as thick. looked wonderful. but as we started to enjoy them we noticed immediately how dry and seemingly overbaked they were. appeared that maybe due to the thickness, to get the middle baked it took long enough that the rest got done too well. flavors were very nice but just so dry. now i will say that once we returned to our room a bit of time in the wave created some softness that made finishing them more enjoyable. the best of the order was the pain au raisins. croissant like pastry was light and velvety. baked perfectly and my wife loved every bite. my almond croissant unfortunately suffered on this day from overbaking. also. stiff, hard on the edges and hard enough on the bottom to make a knocking sound when tapped on the table. i chose not to finish much to my disappointment. wish i had the chance to visit again soon as it sure seems they do know what they are doing here. but we had bad luck on our one visit.

We visited 3 times during our weeklong stay at the cape! PB Boulangerie is a staple for my partner’s family’s trips to the cape, and now I am hooked too! Great atmosphere, hardworking, nice and efficient staff, and incredible food. Pictured are the tarts, also delicious: spinach feta danish, chocolate croissant…. I am a former barista and also find the coffee delicious. Well worth the wait!

A wonderful French bakery and bistro. Quality beyond compare. How blessed we are to have access to this gourmet shop on Cape Cod.

We really like their food. We bought three raspberry jam for friends and ourselves. We had our lunch there and finished the meals there. Nothing is left. The puff is so perfect. And we brought some bakery home. Apple and peer danishes and almond croissant are great!! Strongly recommended!!

Was recommended this place by my partner's family and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, and the interior smelled like gorgeous baked goods. Quite a great selection of sweet and savory items. Grabbed a bunch of pastries to eat later, all of which ended up delicious. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

First time here and there was a long line before the store opened at 7am. We bought a variety of croissants and they were delicious. The strawberry croissants are a weekend special and a must have. Went back a second time and tried a few additional things (apricot Danish, crouqe monseiur, macaroons) most of which were delicious, but had to lower my 5 star rating to 4 stars because the combination of price and quality didn't justify 5 stars. I've had better in other places for less, but don't get me wrong, this place is still worth a visit. Regulars who were in line said that the egg croissant is delicious - I'll have to try that another day. Tip: Order on-line the previous day (check cut off time) to skip the lines or if you are just getting croissants and coffee, use the express line.

Excellent albeit extremely busy (as in long wait times and lines) French bakery and cafe. The servers were nice and the quality of the baked goods was amazing, as was the coffee we had. They have very nice and classy indoor seating along with outdoor and a good sized parking lot. Overall I’d highly recommend this spot just be prepared to wait (even if you call ahead, which I also recommend you do).
