I was without my car for 3 months thanks to the national car part shortage, it was a struggle to say the least, if you find yourself in this position my advice to you is to not wait for the parts dept to find the parts, start calling honda and acura service depts and find your own parts. My car would probably still be sitting in Balise if it wasn't bc of that. I finally picked up my car yesterday and Balise did a great job, it was a BIG job. After 3 months of not having a car I was starting to loose my mind and needless to say I am grateful to Balise for keeping their cool with me bc as a single mother who has handles 100% of everything at home and has minimal support this turned my life upside down! Thankfully the nitemare is over and I have my car back. I have to say that for as big as the job was they got it done and kept reminding me that at the end of the day safety came first and there was no point in getting my car back if it's unsafe and they are 1000% correct. They kept my families saftey at the forefront and I apreciate that very much! Thank you guys 😊 Services: Wheel alignment, Steering & suspension repair

Edit- Changing my review the manager contacted me from this location and did everything he could to not only assist me, But made sure I stay in a vehicle (rental) for the duration of time that my vehicle is being repaired. He was very kind, very professional and very respectful. His customer service absolutely exceeded my expectations and he also gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing that I will still be able to get to work, and my vehicle, along with my AC and condenser will be fixed by the end of the week. Very happy with the service Provided. Will definitely work with them in the future extremely satisfied! Don't take your car here. It took them approx. 10 weeks to fix our vehicle. We were assured at the beginning we would be kept up to date about our car. We were never kept up to date. When we called for updates, they lied, they only told us what we wanted to hear. No one had the same answer about our car. In some instances, they had no clue about our car. After 8 weeks we were able to pick up the car only to find it still wasn't fixed. We were assured it went through a QA process, not even 1 mile away and alert lights were on. We then had to wait an additional 2 weeks of more lying, not calling us back, and not having any idea when our car would be returned. Horrible customer service. Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Tires

2 new scratches on my car after they serviced it an denied the damages. Staff unorganized and providing false information, no communication on return of car date approximation had to do all the running work for these people. Extremely dissatisfied would not recommend Service: Painting

Really loved my service at Balise Collision Repair! I have USAA and unfortunately they didn’t have any certified shops in the area and I had to choose one. I chose Balise on a whim and am happy I did. My car looks beautiful and the employees were very helpful along the way. The body work was great, and their estimate right on. I was so impressed with how the left the interior of my car! The windows were spotless, as well as the dash, and it was vacuumed! It is a 12 year old car that has 2 dogs and it was a mess. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer when they were only hired to do exterior work.
