Understaffed. DOES NOT do walkin Covid booster. Despite what the signs and web site says. Stood under the "Walkin Vaccine" sign for 10 minutes and was told they don't do them. Maybe fix the website and take down the signs 🙄

I used to use this Pharmacy quite often and used to be happy. It has taken a nose dive this past year. I routinely cannot fill my prescription because they don't have enough of my medication. I thought I'd try again today and couldn't even get served. The pharmacist was having casual conversation with someone else behind the counter, he told me someone would be right with me... Nope. Two pharmacy techs were on the phone and after waiting 10 minutes I gave up and left. Never again.

This is the only pharmacy that I've ever been to that has accommodated my specific prescription requests. Every other place (CVS or not) has blown off my requests as unimportant or just said they couldn't do anything about it/were unwilling to help. Every staff member I've interacted with at this location has been super respectful, helpful, and informative. Thank you!!

Total joke. I received a prescription for eyedrops and was told to "pick them up immediately", as my eye condition was urgent. I originally sent it to a different CVS, they didn't have it, so they sent it to the Target CVS. Despite being a prepackaged bottle of drops, it took them FOUR HOURS to prepare my prescription. My doctor was completely mortified. Terrible service, rude, slow. Go to Walgreen's!

Haven't received a prescription here yet, I was calling all around looking for a specific generic which sadly was out of stock here as well. I am giving it 5 stars because this was the only branch (out of the 11 pharmacies I had previously called) that even offered to check to see if any nearby stores had it in stock. I think his name was Alex, but regardless he saved me from having to call every surrounding location and was more pleasant and helpful.

This pharmacy has really declined since being absorbed into the CVS chain. Longer waits for service are typical. Now there is usually only one employee on duty before 10:00, although the pharmacy opens at 9:00, so don't get there when they open or you face 10-20 minute-waits for your order to be filled. The pharmacists and other employees are still helpful and pleasant, but they have things stacked against them. I have written CVS and Target many times complaining to no avail. Too bad: this pharmacy used to be one of the best in the area.

I have NEVER received such inept service from a pharmacy let alone a pharmacist. To start off my generic brand was switched 3x in 3 months. The other 3 generics were not working as well and my Dr wrote my prescription to be refilled as written. So Guess What? I went to get my prescription and it is the wrong generic again! I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.
