This is definitely one of the better ones in Grand Rapids. The other night we had to go pretty late ...got there around 1130pm. Knew they were closing. But the Hubby wanted Ice Cream. We got some other odds & Ends .. when I went to the spot for their pies and had no pumpkin pies left on the table.. there was a young man cleaning in the bakery or something I went up to him at like 1150pm....10 min to close and asked him about it. Said how many do you need ..I said 1. And he handed me one all ready to go. So yeah. This is one of the better stores. I guess my only complaint ...not just at Meijer but others big box stores is I wish they had more checkout lanes opened. Self check out is hard for me with disabilities and sometimes they only have like 1 or 2 lanes open when it's pretty busy. But it'd a good store. Nice people. Clean. Well stocked 99.99% of the time

WORST CURBSIDE SERVICE Meijer notified me that they didn’t have some things I ordered, and wanted to substitute for some of them. I approved them, and picked up the order. When I got home, I discovered that they did not give me the ice cream that I ordered. (This was NOT the first time they failed to give me all of what I ordered.) So I had to go back and get the ice cream. After I got home, I noticed that my final bill was MORE than what I ordered. This didn’t make sense to me because we did not get all that we ordered. So I went through the order, line by line, and discovered that all of the things that were substituted were the same price, or MORE than what I ordered! Other places will substitute items and charge you the same or less that what you ordered. The items we did not get were the name brand, higher price items. I guess they couldn’t find the cheaper store-brand to substitute it with? Add to this, that they have the worst return policy. You have to take store-credit, or wait two weeks to get your money refunded to your charge card. If you want to do curbside pick-up, avoid Meijer!

Multiple times in the last few weeks this is what the parking lot looks like. It’s been impassable at times. I see the people taking 10-20 carts back at a time but they used to pull the entire stack at one time in the past with a mechanical assist

When I’m spending 440$ I shouldn’t have a man standing there telling me I missed one item out of the 500 items I have…. Why was he so concerned with me but no one else? I could literally feel him staring at me the entire time he kept trying to scan items under my cart when I asked him not too so I can keep track of what I’m doing and not worrying about his weird self. There constantly out of half the items I want so usually I have to go to 2-4 different meijers before I have everything I need But after my encounter today I won’t be back to this location

Ah didn't like my visit today when I went to self checkout a lady rudely told me I couldn't set my son on the little platform next to the scanner. Like my son loves helping me/handing me things and that was rudely cut because she thought she could tell me what is safe or unsafe for my child. Very very unhappy

It's always pretty clean when I go here, I don't often go to this location because for some reason the prices are higher than the location 5 minutes away.

The store and parking lot are always pretty clean. The fruit is usually fresh. Most of the employees are helpful and kind. One downside is that they run out of stock on a lot of the things they put on sale.

Workers here are great. Store is generally clean. Sorry to say that I’m going to have to start going to a different Meijer due to a constant lack of product. This Meijer is very close to my house but they are continually out of large numbers of items. I go to other Meijer stores and it doesn’t look like that. I’ll check back and if things change I’ll come back to this store.

Great store but went there week and half ago to get some groceries. My sister got a box of Crystal light. She went and opened it today and there was nothing in there. Brand new box (seal wasn’t broken) but nothing in there. Hope this was helpful
