I can't say anything about the car buying process, but I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership for service. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service representative was unprofessional and argumentative throughout my entire experience. When I addressed concerns of cost for the service being grossly out of proportion to previous oil changes (I've always gotten my oil changed at a Lincoln dealership and NEVER paid anything close to this), she responded rudely to me and at one point stated, "that's the price, if you don't want to get your car serviced here I can give you back your key." She clearly didn't know the answer as to why the price jumped, but rather than look into it, she (quite obviously) speculated as to what she thought the answer might be: 1) There's been an increase in oil prices - it hasn't more than doubled; 2) my car needs synthetic oil because it's a hybrid and that costs more - it doesn't cost any more; 3) previous service representatives made mistakes in billing - I've owned this car for 7.5 years and have never had a jump in cost like this before; 4) systematically billed for less oil than my car needed - she claimed my car needed 5qts of oil, when that's blatantly false; and 5) inflation - again, that wouldn't explain a jump in more than 2x the cost. Every explanation could be plausible in some circumstances, but it didn't make sense here. The only explanation is that the dealership raised prices, which I will accept for this service appointment, but I won't bother coming back in the future. For what it's worth, I called Lincoln of Troy and Varsity Lincoln who both confirmed that the cost for an equivalent service would have been half the price I ended up paying here.

If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, do yourself a favor…drive to Hines Park and ask for Sue. This was the second vehicle we bought through her, and the best way to describe the process is FUN! She is SO friendly, professional, efficient…just overall a wonderful person. Also, the lady at the front desk (can’t remember her name) is great, make sure you check out the treasures in her candy dish! :) All in all wonderful experience at Hines Park, can’t say enough nice things about them! A+++

Will P. is very pleasant to work with. There is humanity in his interactions vs business. Two weeks later, I'm updating this review with the following comment. Will P. is also very honest. My new vehicle is having some issues that another vehicle isn't and he didn't deny noticing this. Some people in other non-luxury vehicle dealerships have denied in such situations so then they don't have to fix the issue.

Hines Park is the greatest dealer. Our salesperson was incredible and she did a great job. I was able to get into a new Corsair for a great price. Most other dealers nowadays could not even get me into a new car. My experience with Hines Park was the best and I will continue to lease vehicles here.

Absolutely hideous experience with the Hines Park Lincoln service dept. I have been dealing with this issue since Nov-2021. They had my vehicle nearly one month and still released the vehicle to me without properly completing the repair. In the process of said repair, they damaged the exterior door trim and interior door. Admitted responsibility then tried to cover it up with sand paper and shoe polish. Nice. Now they are unwilling to repair it correctly, so I have had to get my attorney to help resolve it. Hines Park now continues to deny, deflect, minimize and cancel me out. I have worked in the auto industry for over 25 years and also worked with many at the dealership level during this time. It is my direct experience and my opinion Hines Park service dept is unprofessional, lacks reasonable accountability, is disjointed and disorganized. One of the worst customer relations experiences I have ever had.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Charlie my salesman and Mike in finance were both great. I was in and out in under an hour. The paperwork process was absolutely the smoothest in 30 years of buying vehicles. Zero hidden or BS fees - great price on the vehicle and wide selection. The dealership is also nicely appointed and high class. It's nice to feel respected and I like old school honesty.

This dealership has always taken care of my needs in every way. From the receptionist who answers my call and is always so courteous and helpful. To Joe J. who helps me lease the vehicle that best suits my needs and is within my budget. And everyone in the service department who helps me with everything I need to maintain my car. Even a little thing like just pulling my car in to put air in my tires...even though that doesn't sound so little...believe me, when it is below 10 degrees outside...it is not a little thing :o) Also having Valet service for pick-up and delivery back home, or the use of a loaner vehicle is very nice. This dealership is fantastic!!

Sean O'Malley, our Sales Representative, arranged for a great experience in the purchase of our 2018 MKX. A quick but unhurried solution to finding the right car that was replacing our smaller vehicle. Even when it was discovered that the brakes had a slight vibration that became apparent after a few miles, he arranged to have the problem solved with the least amount of effort on our part. Great service!
