There was so much ketchup and mustard on our burger that we couldn’t stand to eat them. Our fries were really salty. One of the first times that they got our food to us without a wait and we couldn’t eat it.

Listen - it’s fast food. I don’t expect much. But the Whopper is your signature sandwich. I ordered double Whopper with cheese. Wife Whopper Jr. w/Cheese. Cheese was not on either. Plus these had to be the driest Whoppers I’ve ever eaten. We both damn near choked they were so dry. You can do better Burger King.

DO NOT PULL AHEAD waited over 20 minutes. Brought my food out. Wasn’t even my order. They had no idea what I was supposed to get. Got it and it wasn’t hot. “We’re short staffed”

I was gonna give them a one star but I couldnt... lets just say they need to be a cook to order place, and if you dont ask for what ever it is you want,then be prepared to get cold stale food....

Wife and I went here on 7/1/22. 4 vehicles in line in front of us. It took 15 minutes to get to the order speaker. Our orders were wrong at almost every level. Onion rings were soggy and cold. Her sandwich was cold and made incorrectly. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich (the newer one), and I was given a Junior Chicken Sandwich. Staff was friendly. But for $20, to have cold and incorrect food on just about every level, that's unacceptable.

an employee by the name of CATHERINE SOKOLOWSKI is harassing other businesses to the point of sending a pregnant woman into early labor. HORRIBLE GIRL, WILL BE CONTACTING EVERY BURGER KING UNTIL SHE IS REPREMANDED

Very slow service at the register, but the food was prepared quickly and was great as usual.

Horrible. I think my French fries where warmed up in the sun. Very Rude employee acted like it was inconvenient to do her job. Do your self a favor stop at Houghton Lake Burger King that is not there anymore service will be better. There might be some freshener fries left behind from when they tore it down.

Went through the drive through and wasn't very impressed Wednesday April 6th approx 315pm. I got some food and the window girl was very rude on the speaker and rude in person. Her eyes were as red as an apple as she proceeded to tell me the difference of the burger I wanted, between burger king and other local restaurants. She handed be an ice cold burger with mustard all over the wrapper. Also my friend were old, rancid fries. I remembered to take a bite and check, so I had asked for fresh fries. If I'd had a bite of the burger I'd have reordered that. She told me to pull forward if I want fresh fries. A total of 22 minutes goes by and I get my fries. With 24 pepper packets inside of the fries, not on the side and a bunch of ketchup both of which, I did not ask for. Poor service, horrible food. This place needs help. The female manager sent out those fries too. I was nothing but polite. Horrible experience, better off going anywhere else. No adults who care work here.

This place is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Although all are pretty bad. Cold sandwiches with coffee grounds for breakfast. But let's not forget the slow half asleep staff. if the McDonald's across the street has a long line you will still be through there before the two people in front of you at this Burger King location. They only get one Stars cuz there's no option for zero Stars
