Dr. Sue is great with our nre shorlie puppy Tiglath. ( Tig for short). The staff is friendly and the facility is beautiful. Even though live 180 miles away from Hart and are only in the area on and off, we are very pleased that The Hart Animal Clinic is our vet.

We would highly recommend not taking your animals here. Our dog was injured and we called to have him seen right away and she returned our call clearly very annoyed and seeming inconvenienced. In the end after talking to my fiancé and I she ultimately said she wouldn’t see him and had no idea when her schedule would open up. So much for caring for animals. (He is not our only animal we’ve taken there. And not the only issue we’ve had there.) It just blows my mind that you would return an emergency call and be so rude and so unhelpful. If you don’t want to be on call, don’t return calls. Don’t leave the people who need you hanging. We will be transferring the care of ALL of our animals and recommending all of our friends and family do the same as soon as possible.

We have been going here for almost 20 years. Have always been satisfied with the care my animals have received. Their staff is very kind and compassionate. I will be getting a new golden retriever puppy soon and will be taking him/her to Dr. Sue and Dr. Troy again. Thanks for everything you do for our pets!!!

Dr Troy Marshall and his office/Vet staff were very kind and accommodating to our 12 y/o cat Misty while visiting Michigan from Florida. Thank you all for being so nice and loving to our grumpy old Misty! PS..Love the Pedicure too👏❤️😘
