Shout out to Henry! He is the best cashier! He is also very helpful at the u-scan. He is always friendly and polite. I appreciate his enthusiasm while at work. Keep up the great work!

When I went shopping yesterday, I purposely went to the customer service desk to have help with the digital coupon for 2X fuel points. I waited at the desk for at least 4 minutes while two workers were standing at the self checkout registers talking away and not paying any attention to a customer that needed help! After the second employee that was at the employee only area pointed out that those two ladies talking could help me. I went over to ask them and they said, "oh no, customer service is closed nobody can help you." When I stated that I needed help with the digital coupon and show them my phone and was trying to tell them I wanted to take care of it before getting to the register and holding up other customers in line. They told me it would be fine that the cashier could help me. I went shopping and when I got to the cashier, he did try to help, however it was holding up the line and whatever he did that thought was correct. Did not work and I did not get my 2X fuel points! The store has continued to lower its standards in customer service year after year! I really wish they would pay attention and have customer service for the customers that are in their store shopping more than they do having their workers shop for people that aren't even in their store!!!!

Not a bad place to deliver… only 1 dock though, and a lot of local drivers… blind side backing, but not hard… not a ordinary facility, but a local store, so you might have to unload yourself

I struggle with a lot of health issues, so I like to go at night to avoid the people. As soon as I was headed for the self checkout, a lady came and tried closing it on me and asked if I would go to a register. I explained from a distance that I didn’t really feel comfortable because of my health issues as no one in the store was wearing a mask. She said that was fine and actually hovered over me as I tried to check out. It was extremely uncomfortable and completely defeated the purpose of trying to distance. I hope people can take a better look at who they are hiring now a days

Henry helped me. What he didn't know is I hurt my back. I look a lot younger than I am for my age so no one ever offers to help me as I appear able and well. Thankyou Henry you're a ray of sunshine and the best employee I've ever had the pleasure to meet!

Not the most clean or organized Kroger. Definitely room for improvement. I understand the labor shortage but changing your open times by three hours is a huge change. I also don't understand why you would have "holiday hours" and be open for less time. I work retail for a different company and when we are in "holiday hours" we open open later, not closing early.

do NOT EVER place a grocery pickup order here. every time we have created an order, there are either items missing, expired items, items not fulfilled that they claim to be “not in stock” when they’re just too lazy to look for them, or they will completely canceled the order on me with no rhyme or reason. when i call to resolve the order the employees are unapologetic and act like it happens every day, because i’m sure it does!!!! absolutely ridiculous, never recommending this store or shopping here ever again. it’s pathetic.

On November 3 I went to get gas. Paid $50 off my debit card. Pump wouldn’t work. Ellen claimed she was refunding my card and to go to another pump. $50 again… Again the pumps fail and no gas. So now there’s $100 in charges and I’ve gotten zero gas. I ask for a receipt of the refunds and I’m told to “contact your credit card company and dispute the charges…” I ask for a receipt of the purchases and then am told “you gotta go to the service desk”…. I drive over to the store. Service desk isn’t open at 7:30 am. Somehow Bethanne gets $50 of gas authorized- but I have to come back in 24 hours to get my refund. I go to my bank to dispute the second charge but it had already posted. I go back November 4th at 8:30 am and I’m told “there’s nobody at service desk she just went on 15 minute break.” So I go back to my car and wait. 8:45 I’m told by Sue rudely “the service desk isn’t open until 9.” She then takes my number and tells me she can’t do anything she has to wait until the charges center opens so she can call. So much for the 24 hour wait and I’ll get my money back. She calls later in the morning that I’ll get my refund and a $25 gift card. I don’t want to ever shop there again, so keep your gift card. I just want my money back! In The meantime, now my scheduled payments from that bank account aren’t going through due to a fraud warning that was placed on my account after this ordeal. And since I had no clue about the fraud warning, my auto insurance didn’t go through and I got a $35 late fee. Here we are November 12th, and I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! No managers will take my call. Kroger management sucks! Methhead hillbillies got a free $50 that morning I guess.

Key highlights of what use to be a good Kroger. - No help in the store. You continue to pay joke money and you won’t get help. It’s a circle that will never change apparently. -The “do it yourself” check out machines are absolutely terrible. Outdated, glitchy, pieces of junk and that’s being generous. -People shop because we need groceries. So when there’s only one line open, and there’s 12 people waiting in that line, so everyone goes the the “machines” there’s this poor kid who has to fix the computer every second for every person because they are junk and gets yelled at by customers because they’re annoyed. How you don’t walk out of a job that terrible is beyond me.

Place an order for pick up, they text me that that they're running an hour behind which was fine I'm. I wait for over half an hour at the pick up To end up having half the stuff on my order supposedly not in stock Walked in the store and all the items that they said were unavailable were on the shelf. Manager couldn't be bothered to come to the desk And then when I called manager hands me to a poor girl 18 years old to deal with it. Tried to call corporate offices it sends you to India So Buffy and Denise the managers shoved off an angry customer and customer I'm to an 18 year old girl
