If your going to try to save money by using an automated phone system instead of hiring a living human being get one that at least understands what the caller is trying say/spell. I spent about 10 minutes on the line before the automated voice told me try to schedule online instead. I made my appointment elsewhere.

Registration system is seamless. My phlebotomist, January, was efficient and gentle. She reviewed my tests and answered my billing questions so that I knew what I was doing before I did it. Clean and spacious rooms. Overall an excellent experience.

Usually go to a lab closer to my home, but my lab order went to Quest - so gave a try. I most certainly will return here, even with a little extra drive. Flawless app check-in. Very clean location. Phlebotomy tech (Jess) I had was awesome friendly, and professional well experienced.

Soooo hustled to get here at 345 - leave work blah blah. Get here no one’s in the waiting room I start to check in a lady pops out oh do u have an appointment? I said no I just have a quick blood draw. Oh well all the appointments are taken. I’m like really- so I go sit in my car no one else goes in there- but here she comes busting a move out the door at 4. So mad.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Worst turnaround time for test results and unhelpful customer service. Waited over 10 days for test results that should have taken 5. When I contacted customer support they gave me no helpful information except to call their automated line which just tells you to use the website. The website doesn't work. It asked me to verify my account every time i logged in (i verified the account several times). Do not use this company!

Quest Diagnostics used to be a fabulous place in their customer service and professional services. Now, and even before the COVID ordeal, they cannot be reached by phone to talk to a "real person". You cannot contact individual locations, and everything has been automated. They are really a cheap organization, now. Very sad.

The woman that runs this location has to do almost everything completely by herself. I'm giving her 5 stars! She is professional and courteous and takes the amount of time needed to do her job right. The company should give her more help, simple as that. I find the same problem at the location in Rochester. [Edit] both this location, and the one on Barclay circle in Rochester, now have at least two techs at most times. Much better!

My experience today was quick and painless. I had made an appointment before I went. First off google has the wrong location You end up the opposite end where you are supposed to be. My car gps which is newer could not find it either. Closer down Main Street. Almost till it ends where it dumps you off at Dixie. You begin at 75 and Andiamos No at the other end in clarkston is where you need to go. Very fast and professional service. Didn’t feel a thing. Very efficient. Thank you

I have always found the people to be very nice. What is frustrating is the online appointment scheduler. When I signed up for a time, it gave me a confirmation number then told me that the time was already taken and that it could not schedule my appointment. I then chose the next 15 minute slot. Got another confirmation number and then another message that the slot was already taken and that I needed to try again. By this time, I also now have found that I got two emails that say that I have now two appointments. There is no phone number on their website to call for clarification. When I try the number I found through the phone company, I only get a busy signal.
