Did not bother to look up to address me. When I asked him whether he was the owner he told me he was the manager while still not looking up to me. Asked to be put in contact with the owner and he refused so I said I won't support an establishment with such rude personnel so he told me it doesn't matter and I should leave. Told me his name was Mulai.

I swiped my card at the pump for $10 worth of gas. They then proceeded to take an additional $100 dollars from my card as a holding fee until the bank has cleared my funds.. Amazing that for a $10 charge, I am charged an addition $100. I was not made aware of this extra charge.. NOWHERE is a sign posted, not at the pump.. nor in the store when I went back in at a later date. I had the funds, because if I didnt, I wouldnt have been able to make the initial transaction. I didn't find out until I went to pay my phone bill and found that my card was declined for insufficient funds. I.. like most people know how much money I have left on my card, so I investigate by calling my bank, checking online statements.. Of course there is a hold on my money from this BP... I have been back and forth with this location, and also the clerck gave me the owners # to call and He has not returned my call yet. I didn't leave a rude message I simply left a message asking for a follow up call. This is very unprofessional, and I still haven't gotten my money back yet. -Wont be returning..
