I love owning and driving my mini -it’s a really cute car I have a lot of fun driving it. it’s unfortunate that this is the only mini dealership in the area because it is incredibly difficult to get my car serviced if something goes wrong. When I called to schedule appointments I am waiting 2+ months to get something done which means I am out of a car for 2+ months. I had a really great experience with Roland purchasing my first mini, but I got in a car accident so I had to then purchase another. My second mini has been a nightmare. It was owned by a previous employee. Before I even made it home there were lights that came on about my car needing to be serviced; many of the sensors were not properly adjusted / calibrated or whatever. Now I’m going on a year of owning this car and I’m still facing the same issues. Again I wish there was another dealership in the area because I would love to continue to drive my Mini it’s just become too much of a hassle at this point. Last month I worked w/ Antonio At Motor city Mini on my Jeep purchase. Not only was he easy and cool as hell to work with, he was really prompt on keeping me updated via call and text during the entire sale process. He also took the initiative to check out the Jeep I was focused on selling on my own abs ensured me he could get me what I wanted for it to put towards my new Jeep and I appreciated that. He took a lot of the stress out of the entire sales process. Thank you to the entire team at Motor City Mini. Seriously, everyone I encountered each time I visited the dealership before making my purchase had great energy.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience financing a car here! Working with Wahid Qureshi great. He is an easygoing guy, who answered all of my questions, no matter how detailed or specific they were, about the car, warranties, and costs. He even went the extra mile with giving me good tips about how to take care of the car, some cool hidden features, and helped me find a great quote for insurance. Jhin Hur was very open, clear, and honest about all of the finances. An intelligent man, he was able to articulate the fine details of every single cost.

After an extensive search for a new vehicle, I was beyond pleasantly surprised + pleased with my entire Motor City MINI experience. I walked into the showroom on a Saturday, and was immediately greeted by Joe Basila, who would then become my primary contact. Joe was extremely hospitable, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Above all, Joe was felt like the first authentic human being I had experienced throughout my car search. He provided all of the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision along the way. Joe + the Motor City MINI team made the entire new lease experience much more digestible and enjoyable. Highly recommend on all fronts!

From start to finish A class service! Deb in the customer care department was fabulous and very attentive when helping me set up an appointment today. I'm used to feeling pushed and rushed when I go into dealerships. This was not the case. Antonio S. was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to work with. I have been a Jeep driver in the past so of course I wanted to test drive a Mini to see if it is the new car for me. Antonio knew I had no plans to close on a car when I came in but he did not make me feel like a pest or demand that I give my social security number to have my credit pulled. A lot of dealerships have wanted me to do that in the past before I could drive the vehicle. They have a treat team over here and I will absolutely be reccomending them!!

This was an absolute shambles for so many reasons, and under no circumstances will we ever return here for any further maintenance. This place is essentially a scam for every Mini owner. The TL;DR: we were quoted almost $4k for a gasket fix that another garage has quoted $1.3k to do. 1) told to expect same day turn around as it was our sole family car, which didn't happen 2) told there is a complimentary pick up service for instances like ours. I sat in the car service going in circles as the driver didn't seem to want to use satnav. 3) when we needed to collect our car the pickup service "wasn't available today", but we saw the driver in the dealership when we finally made it there 4) all quotes were given without any labour costs despite initial assurances it was included. Labour rates were then later added in at $141 an hour. 5) Everything that we were quoted was deemed as a "critical issue" that needed immediate fix. Whereas a second opinion from another garage said the complete opposite. I cannot stress enough just how frustrating and poor this experience was. I cannot recommend this service garage to anyone

Just purchased my used Mini yesterday from Motor City Mini. Aside from loving my new Mini, I can say this was the best experience top-to-bottom I have ever had with a car dealership. All staff were friendly, helpful, informative, and very attentive, to say the least. I will be a customer for life, and can't recommend these people highly enough. Thanks for everything!

Nice place, no one home, but good for reference and research. My niece had me bring her here, as we were leaving an appointment, because she really wanted a "tiny car" and she was very excited to see this dealership. All I can say is it is a very nice building with a beautiful showroom. The one rep who was assisting, what I believed to be a customer, left the area shortly after we walked onto the showroom floor. So, I did about a 15 minute tour. I showed my niece around the vehicles in the showroom and then the ones out front so she could see the different styles, sizes and colors. Afterward, I had my niece and sister stand next to each vehicle so we could gage sizes for reference of driver and passengers. The walkthrough has helped as we are actively vehicle shopping for my niece to get her first car... preferably a "tiny" one.

Great experience! As an out-of-state buyer I was concerned that my Mini purchase would be complicated. Thanks to Jhin Hur and the rest of the team it couldn't have been more simple. They provided great photos, videos, answered all questions quickly and accurately. Beyond that, they have gone the extra mile at every step. Highly recommended! Wonderful people all around.
