We have had our taxes prepared here twice now...no one can find last year's refund..had to sign electronically and got paperwork back from IRS stating that it still needed to be signed manually...sent that back in last year..still haven't received our refund from last year as she said it's just the IRS dragging their feet because of COVID...said she would call irs directly and figure this out...been way over a year..keep leaving messages...no word..with a promise to help figure it.out and supposed to call back but nothing...we have.left numerous messages...nothing...we will find someone professional next time

Megan is a life saver! I would give her more stars if I could. I came to her last year with HUGE tax issues stemming from 4 years ago. This was my first time getting my taxes done with Megan. She helped me through a few minor issues I had and is also going back to look at my last two years as I may have messed them up doing them on my own. I have been going to Hartman tax services for years. She has always taken care of me to the point where i feel comfortable that my taxes are done right and i dont have to worry. When going in to their office i feel like i am being taken care of by a family friend, more then going to one of the other agencys that i am just a number. I would highly recommend them and will return every year following for my own taxes.
