Very good and pleasant experience. They offered MSRP during high demand period for cars while other dealers charged 3000 to 5000 over MSRP. We worked with Keith Bailey and he was phenomenal, very transparent, knowledgeable sales consultant. He returned to our calls and inquiries within few hours. Terrible experience. I came to this dealer to look at their used cars when I was approached by Keith. He asked me what my budget was, and when I told him he practically laughed at me, telling me I will never find a used car for that price anywhere unless I want a piece of junk (mind you, I’ve been to multiple dealers before coming to this Kia, and they all have showed me some really nice cars they are selling at or below my budget, and have been more than willing to work with me). After this, he asked about my job. Upon telling him I am a graduate student working in research, he laughed and said “so you don’t have a job that pays you”. Of course I corrected him, stating I do in fact get paid for it, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to afford the price I gave him. By this point, I was so taken aback by the extremely unprofessional service, I decided to leave. I’m sure the other salespeople there are much better, and maybe Keith was having a bad day. But I am not impressed at all, and will not be returning here under any circumstances.

This dealership is not the closest one to my home, but I am willing to make the drive because of the exceptional customer service provided at this location. My dad made a purchase from Serra GMC several years ago and has returned to them multiple times now, as well as going to Serra Kia in the past 2 years. He started recommending them to all of our friends and family for both sales of new/used vehicles, trading in a vehicle, and using the service department, and no one has been disappointed.
