First time going inside to pay for gas and stuff I bought, just got done putting my stuff on the counter. The first thing the white bald male a bit bigger size said to me was "you know my favorite Chinese food is sweet and sour chicken" Seems racist to me.

Bathrooms are always empty of toilet paper. Inside of store is dingy. Small selection of store brand products. Always out of covers for cups!

Very poor service at this in particular location location I have had issues in the past passed with attitude of you're the of cashier/owner also how hard is it to have your cappuccino machine full and running and coffee Creamer prepared prepared especially if there is no customers but one and it is 6 o'clock in the morning very very disappointing But not Surprising I would skip this stop you have a gas station coming up and less than a mile don't waste your time I'm people that don't care about yours

Never open. Staff is weird and started acting like some anime character doing weird moves and saying the craziest thing to me like “your not one of my demons”. And then to top it off he gave me a good death stare out the window as i left while he puts his huge headphones back on.

When are they open? Definitely not 24 hours. I've been there at close to 630 am and the fires are locked and lights are off. I've been there at 10pm and same thing. When I do actually get inside I've had nothing but rude staff in the past year or so.

. I came here last fall/winter of 2020 at 4:30am, to begin my opening shift at the jjs right by it, and the two employees were drinking on the job and asking me redundant and annoying questions. Weren't even in uniform but they seemed to be a couple. I am sure they fired these employees and they are long gone. Other than that one experience it has been great, they always have what's new and my drink of choice friendly staff like the gm, and the older lady with whiter hair that drives the maroon mercury has been there forever and routinely takes my order. She is the reason that place is still up and running tbh because I always see her there.

Great service inside but bring your own paper towels, seem to always be out of them at the pumps.

The customer service is HORRIBLE... Cashier Jess is the rudest employee I have ever met. My daughter came in and prepaid for her gas and Jess turned on the wrong pump, when the amount surpassed what my daughter had paid she went back in and asked what to do she was over by $5.00 ( not my daughters fault, but Jess turned on the incorrect pump.) Jess told her she either had to pay or she was calling the police. Thankfully a neighbor was there and gave my daughter $5.00. He however told me how horrible the cashier (Jess) had treated my daughter and the things she said to my daughter. I did call up to the Speedway later that evening to speak to Jess about this and she actually told me my daughter was a liar and hung up on me. I am so appalled by this behavior that a corporation would let it continue.

Yesterday an employee (Katie) stepped in to assist my daughter's friend who was in danger and asking for help. Katie took this young gal into a safe location in the store, called 911, and waited for the police to arrive. THANK YOU KATIE!

I will be sharing this with management also, but Noah refused to fill my propane tank claiming it wouldn't work because it's too cold. That is not true considering propane's boiling temperature is -44 degrees. I am a frequent customer and I work outside all day so I am dependent on my heater in the winter time. It seems ridiculous to me that he refuses to go outside for 3 minutes to help someone who works outside all day.
