Very helpful and friendly staff at this location, there is usually someone available right inside the door when you walk in! Great selection of ego products and accessories as well.

The only place to go for craftsman warranty! Staff was super nice and although they didn’t have every tool I needed replaced they were much better than the previous 2 places I tried to get it done. Lowes policy is garbage on craftsman.

They will let you bring your dog into the store (leashed). Knowledgeable staff. We purchased an electric lawn mower.

Wife called and asked if they were having advertised grilling event. Was told yes. They had 1 part of event only. None of the contests or giveaways to sign up for. No activities. All grilled items contained pork. Which unfortunately we can not eat. To end it were asked to leave when kids upset one worker, a tall Caucasian male with blond hair. When my wife went to ask why, no one knew anything about it. The employee who had asked us to leave was not present when she asked. I asked my kids why. They admitted to spinning the Birthday and such card rack. The male employee ask them to Stop and they did. They he came to me and asked us to leave.

Bought a new Grill and had it assembled and delivered.... or so we thought, while it was delivered it turns out the Floor Model was brought out, all the literature about the brand was inside not to mention there was no floor model for our exact grill on display. The sales people were very helpful and friendly and we are enjoying our new grill.

I am having a hard time preventing swallows from nesting above my patio door. I came to Ace, and met Doug. Aside from being amazingly helpful, and budget friendly, he managed to find me an easy $8 fix! (FYI, flash tape hooked to fishing line, taped to the corners of the overhang.). Not one bird in 6 hours!!! ❤️

I didn't exactly know what it was that I needed but they knew. Between the kind, helpful people that work there and the store cats, it doesn't feel like you're going to the store. It feels more like your stopping at your grandpas house for advice and a couple of tools. Its an overall extremely pleasant experience everytime.

Very nice place for all your hardware needs. I stopped in to grab a metal saw and new screws for my license plate. When I got in I was greeted by one of the employees and helped right away. Very helpful & very nice. Very close to my house so I will be stopping in for more of my hardware needs.
