As I write this review, I realize that I have not talked to management about some items that have been perennially unavailable. So I'm not going to allow that fact to change the number of stars I give. One of the main reasons I'm giving five stars is Walter. Walter works in the front and is usually the first person that I see when I get there. He is super friendly and funny and kind. Even if I'm having a bad day, his smile helps me to have a better one. Every member of the staff at the store is knowledgeable and helpful. I know they have some employees who have been there for 10 plus years, so I'm guessing that management is pretty good. Thank you Cub Foods Eagan West and thank you Walter!

I’m normally not a negative Nancy and try to see the positive but this is the 3rd time this month I’ve bought an expired product. It’s not the staffs fault it’s management for not making sure their areas are covered and if not doing the work themselves. I used to work management I know how annoying and hard it can be but you knew what was asked of you when you signed on. I’ve already ate the expired soup and am just waiting to watch it all come up. Instead of going to this store do yourselves a favor and go to target next door. If you do shop here make sure you check the dates on everything you pick up because they definitely aren’t.

Good workers, but the store's a mess, who's running this place? Everything is overpriced and in poor quality. Every department is operated by a skeleton crew they are clearly overworked, corporate does not care about their workers. Remember it's the workers that keep your business open, treat them right.

In the last two months, I bought a bag of grapes that was shriveled and a bag of potatoes that was sprouting 5 days after I bought it. I like to shop at about 3am. This location never has an actual casher. One of their employees said they can't find a cashier to work that shift yet they can find 3 employees to glare me while I check out.🤔

Don't go to this store if you can't walk . I have a broken foot and today I went there to get some food for dinner for my kids. Unfortunately none of their electronic chairs where charge. I talk to a "manager" and they gave one that was supposed to be charge . I wasn't even done with my shopping when the electric chair die on me in the middle of the store no one help me I had to go ask for a manager . Instead of helping they just ask me if I can still shop with my broken foot while I'm using crutches? Never coming back . Bad management and bad store manager.

I took a road trip to Eagan to visit all three Cub Foods. Nice layout and detailed nicely. End caps and displays are in good shape.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that work there are rude and when you're rude back they don't "tolerate" it and won't give you your medication. Just an FYI. And they don't speak a lick of English either.

The cashier rang up my merchandise wrong and didn't use my coupons. I told him he rang it up wrong and he insisted he didn't. I went to customer service to correct his mistake.

this is a pretty nice place as Cub Foods go. I swung in to Target to grab a sandwich for lunch but it wasn't a Super Target... and a grocery section was very dismal. Luckily there was a Cub next door that had plenty of variety and probably cheaper prices. This place is very clean and presentable. The staff were very kind and if I'm in the area I'll definitely swing by again. I also noticed a large organic and gluten free section. 🥂

The pharmacist, Dr. Stuart, was exceptional. I was there on a Friday night around supper time (way busy) and he still took the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. I had come up short when it was time to pay but he worked with me and took what I had so that I was still able to leave with the things I came in for. I am blown away by his outstanding customer service.
