I was experiencing issues with intermittent absence of audio with a system that was installed by a previous owner of a vehicle. Ai fit me in the schedule quickly and conveniently. They diagnosed the problem with wiring and repaired the issue within a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced and exceptional quality.

*DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE* Gave this guy a bunch of money for a “Apple car play” system and he gave me nothing like this. Poor communication and it took over 6 months to install. Terrible customer service and a waist of money and time. In response to reply: you do not run a good shop. I came in on June 2020, you quoted me with an Apple car play system. I did not receive it. I have audio recording of you saying I will get the Apple car pay unit. When I asked why my unit didn’t have Apple car play the first time your face got bright red and you gave me the supply chain excuses, and said you would call me when you get one in. Fast forward 2 years and no response from you. If I google apple car play head unit I could get one shipped to me next day. You excuses are pathetic. I understand you gotta make your money, you need to learn ethics. It is funny how you a business owner always has an excuse for the customers who gives you bad reviews, and you never take responsibility.

Called Ai and asked for help tuning my system and was quickly and politely quoted $1.3 million for which I replied that’s a little step don’t ya think? My kind of people. Well, I showed up and was very pleased with owner and master technician. The audio sounds great with what I have to work with. Thank you both for your time today. Sept 10th 2022 Ai is hosting a fundraiser/party for veterans suicide awareness at there store in East Bethel MN

Had a remote start put into my F-150 and my wife is now very happy to get into a warm truck in the winter and a cool truck in the summer! Jeremy and the crew at Ai Ting and Car Audio are the BEST!

Edited 6/13/22 Took quite a while, but hings were made right and my husband is much happier. Speaker system sounds great. They could work on having better coustermer service.

When I went into the shop I told them what I wanted and my budget. They were able to pick out a combination of products that fit perfectly into my budget. I have had the system for about 4 months now and it made driving the car infinitely more enjoyable. On top of that the guys at the shop are great. If you want a great sound system I highly recommend this shop they are great people and will help you figure how to get the sound you want in within the price range you have.

After reading many great reviews about this place, I brought my 2018 Volvo XC 90 in to improve my stereo. It was lacking bass. After explaining that I wanted more bass without a subwoofer box, and I did not want to interfere with any storage space, AI’s engineers came up with a plan. They ended up building a small custom fiberglass box to fit into a unused area. The small custom box would hold one small, powerful subwoofer, that would not interfere with my original storage request. My final product came out perfect and the sound is incredible. See pics of my car, the small space used, the box and the final product. As a working professional, I can attest that this is the place to go for all of your car stereo, starters, alarms and all the other services they provide. Everyone from the owner to the installers were a pleasure to work with. All owners of high end, classic or just your average car should use this place, if you need their type of help. This place is super friendly and awesome place. They got nothing but the best in the shop and worker. I went and got one hell of a deal when they got the summer sale going on last week. Got myself a remote starter, alarm install in my car. John is the worker who was putting it in and when he saw the wire being melted so right away and call and discuss with me and he went the extra miles to get it done for me. I would highly recommended going here for any car audio stuff. Thanks again John and the owner Jeremy for booking me up. Would definitely come and get more things from you guys in the future A1 the best of the best.
