For probably 10 years I have gotten turkey brats every summer at Hyvee. I have asked multiple times to meat dept to get the original turkey brats from HONEYSUCKLE WHITE. They only carry Italian sausage. One person told me they pull turkey off the shelf all the time bc ppl aren't buying it. Well ya, your prices are out outrageous right now and you don't listen to what ppl want!!!!! I KNOW the original turkey brats are a favorite of MANY bc every time they are in stock they go super fast. Shame on you Fribault Hy-vee for not listening to your patrons! Also, Oscar Meyer lite beef hotdogs. Only Hy-vee carried them, until the new meat manager who clearly doesn't listen to the customers and what they want. One employee told me "good luck with getting this person to listen". In years past if I was wanting something they made effort to get it! Why discontinue an item that is in such demand it's hard to keep in stock? Where's my flipping Turkey brats? Very disappointed in he meat department since the new manager.

Every few months they change item locations so it's very inconvenient. Participation trophy generation running the checkout. Gal was well mannered and professional in appearance and demeanor which was great, but made some mistakes that made me wonder if she was new. Also the kombucha that I bought had expired.

A pretty clean store. They have a awesome meat counter and their vegetables are always fresh and well kept they have a fairly large variety things are overpriced in some areas. Overall a good store

Bought some ice cream there at 6:30 PM on 06/17/22 and it was softer than soft serve. Didn't need a dipper, it just barely mounded up and stuck to a spoon coming out of the carton. The case temperature was grossly inadequate. Doubtful it would pass Department of Health inspection.

This store is going downhill with its policies. I shop here less and less. Closing earlier, getting rid of registers. I'm not sure it's even worth wasting my time to stop over, anymore

I approached two different employees to ask if they knew where I could find chorizo, I had checked on line already which showed the product but not the location, so I asked one employee and he didn't know, I asked two guys they didn't know. I asked a manager he asked me to check the meat department. I explained it's usually found near bacon, he still asked me to check the meat department!!! Well at least the guy behind the meat department knows his store!!! Aisle 12!! Thank you meat department guy!! Cause the employees who should've known didn't!

I like the selection at hyvee and they have some of my Atkins meals that I can only get at hyvee. However I wish the employees were a little more friendlier and more helpful. They always seem to be busy chatting to each other or ignoring customers. Except the checkout people. The checkout people are awesome

Good HyVee has all of the essentials that you need such as food, seasoning, I condiments, meat, alcohol among mint other things. If you're ever in the need for anything food related I was just any Hy-Vee. I haven't went to one that I thought was bad. They always have what you need and typically have it in stock.

Decent store with friendly and helpful staff. The store and deli are a little dated and the food quality is good but not great.

The HyVee in Faribault is always very clean, well-stocked, and organized. Prices are consistently fair and the HyVee rewards program is fantastic -- purchasing specific items (items change pretty often) gets you a discount on HyVee gas (which is good gas). Produce is great, meat department and deli are always fantastic, the bakery section always smells delicious. The employees are also always cheerful and incredibly helpful. Some employees are Deaf or hard of hearing but they're also incredibly patient and will go out of their way to help you if you're patient enough to communicate with them.
