Won't refill propane tank in the rain (even though the rain stopped). And when asked if they will fill when the rain stops, answer was "maybe." Stop offering refills if you have noone willing to do it. This was my third and final attempt. I will take all my business elsewhere.

She shut my cc purchase of gas off in a blizzard because I walked away from pump…,Bathrooms never clean, 3 hour old hot dogs, horrible at propane fills, and they obviously don’t drug test employees. When the new gas station is built to handle Amazon traffic most will never go here again because it’s such a dump and the people are rude.

Very poor communication went to fill my tank and no signs or anything I hit pay inside as I planned on going in to get a few thing waited few min for pump authorization and finally clerk came on speaker and said only per pay at this time. I'm filling my tank soni don't know how much it will cost had to us credit card out side when I was done went in talk to clerk who was very rude when I asked about the pre pay and no sign said they don't have time to put up signs I asked why pre pay he said only when he there it pre pay I again asked why and he said cause he can lost a good paying customer today

Clean store, flex fuel pumps save a few bucks, but staff kinda "meh". Customer service not a huge focus here.

Getting propane at this Holiday has been pain. I was told they need more than 2 employees to fill propane, so I called and asked if there were enough employees working to fill a propane. I was told yes. I drove over immediately and was told not enough employees. I understand worker shortages, but when I call and drive over 10 minutes later there’s no excuse. This is the last time I use this place.

I had a vehicle problem during a snowstorm and I limped my vehicle to the gas station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up waiting out the bad weather inside at the small eating area at the front of the store. Thank you!!!

Being told that I can't pump gas because my car didn't come with a front plate... Fine don't lie to me and tell me you always have had this policy when I stop here twice a week and never once since this location has been built has this been a problem.

Stay away from this carwash location and store. Recently washed my car there and the wheel scrubber ruined the finish on my rims. Filed a claim with their parent company Circle K….surprise surprise they denied any liability and won’t elaborate as to why.

First time at this store, went to fill a propane tank about 2:00pm. Was told they didn't have enough employees to do it until 3:00pm. ?!? In 15 years, Woodbury SA has never said no. Should have just stuck with what works and not wasted my time.

Been going to this gas station for years. Today I was carded for the first time for tobacco products and the cashier proceeded to NOT card anyone else before and after me...that’s terrible customer service. Then when I came inside with my ID, the other cashier assisted me and did NOT card me. So in the end, I was asked to provide ID, wasted my time to go get the ID from my car and then they didn’t even LOOK at it??????? Terrible INCONSISTENT service!!! I’ll think twice before returning to this store, and I only live 1 mile away.
