My fiancé got a tow from them, Took 3 hours to get from their shop to where we needed the tow. Which is a little outside of little falls towards fort ripley. Whoever did our tow seems like he was on drugs & Didn't do his math right. Brought our receipt to get reimbursed for the tow to our insurance & They couldn't figure out how they got 233$ for the math that the guy did. It was suppose to be like around 200$ but charged us for 233$.

Ol Ray, he's just a ray of much needed Sunshine after seeing his estimate that's going to put you in debt for the next 25 years to life. Lol. JK. He does great work & I wouldn't go anywhere else to get this body worked on ( ha!) unless he had a brother who only charged 80% of what he did then I'd go to his brother, I mean you kind of gotta right It's like saving you like tons of money and AND just imagine if HE then had a brother too and we continued this downward Cost-projection trajectory of 20% decreasing increments...hmmm, yeah, maybe we could talk his mom into having some more kids cuz if that 3rd brother had a brother...

This Old Man like to take advantage and Rob people of their money. he likes to think the kids the cheapest place in town he's very rude and arrogant. he gave my mother the price of 175 for the work that was done did not explain anything else, we had given him $231 so we thought but that took care of everything because he did not explain anything else. I wouldn't doubt recommend going to this man for anything if it all possible. he doesn't deserve the business as he likes to rob people especially the elderly that are on Social Security and stuff like that.

I was told that they put on an alternator and it was a dud so they put a new one on. I was told 175, I did ask for an estimate before any work was to be done oh, was told by the female in the office that yes they would do that. They did not. Then when I get there it wasn't 175, it was 175 + 161 for towing. He did not tell me the charges we're separate. Him and my daughter got into I've been yelling match. He kept saying that he told me that there was the 231 for the toll and 175. Again I did not get any phone calls giving me an estimate like I requested. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

He's an insurance fraud expert. He orders new parts for the customer, his books and insurances, BUT has another book for when he orders used parts from junk yards if not out of his own. So he bills customers and insurances for new parts, when he uses the cheaper used. Then returns the new parts but shows the receipt that he ordered them new. This man needs to get brought down hard now and all the other businesses he runs/owns illegally in Little Falls, MN. Ray VanHercke... watch out for him

I hired Ray's Body Shop to move my 5th Wheel Camper in Brainerd, MN. Ray's son John was the one who moved it, and he could not have been more awesome at his work. THANK YOU SO MUCH! If you need a 5th wheel moved, these are your guys to do it.

I had a blow out on a 5th wheel trailer and Ray's Body Shop did a great job changing the tire, inspecting the other tires and even jump started my truck as I was on the highway for a few hours. Thank you!

I was hired on by the owner Ray himself.. went into it with high hopes only to come to fined out, it's the most unorganized unqualified and wreckless employees. Start working on one customers car stop that project jump over to 3 other jobs that were cut short of completion.. then fired the day after Christmas, why you ask.. because I didn't have "air tools" well I've always been told you take tools out when you need them.. why would I just tote my tools around when I wasn't using them... In my short time there I seen one customer bring his truck back 3 times in one day because his snowplow wasn't working. Taking mind that this man was called in the morning and told his truck was done and ready to be picked up.
