I took my son( trans male) to get a haircut. I cannot remember who the ladys name was, she was older and blonde. My son told her what he wanted and she kept going on about how much prettier it would look to give him a female haircut. We showed her pictures of what we wanted a standard males short cut, longer at the top shorter at the bottom, nothing fancy, she proceeded to give my son a totally different "prettier" haircut and I can't help but think she was uncomfortable cutting a genetically females hair into a male cut, but that really was none of her business this happened a few weeks ago and the only reason I did not raise a stink was cuz my son asked me not to. I fixed it at home. My husband was made to look like a Russian figure skater that day ... And at this point I'm wondering if fantastic Sam's is just confused. This place is not what it use to be back when Elizabeth worked there... Now it's kinda trash...

Absolutely awful. I asked for 2 inches off of my hair and instead she cut it at an angle, completely messed it up and cut off 6 without even asking or telling me. She then blamed it on the fact that I have bulky shoulders and bad posture. She also screamed at me in the lobby in front of other customers, cursing and then going into the back room to cry, never once apologized. They then preceded to ask me to pay, absolutely terrible do not go. Service: Haircut

I had Kayla and she did such a amazing job that I will be back for her to my hair again. She was very detailed in her work, sweet, made sure the hair was done to look it’s best. Kristin was a really good stylist! She gave me the perfect cut today, just right for my naturally curly hair, and custom blended a great color for my red hair that needed a color boost! I couldn't be more pleased.

Terrible service, Disrespectful staff. I took my daughter there once, I had an appointment schedule but when I had shown up they refused and told me I had no appointment schedule. The woman at the front desk didn't even greet us she immediately looked at us and said you have no appointment she had not even asked for a name or why we came here. Reluctant, I asked her what she meant by this she replied saying that her schedule was booked. I told her that I made an appointment on Saturday. She refused to listen or check the computer only arguing that we didn't have an appointment. So then I decided to leave. Real Advice don't make business here. Service: Haircut

I had a longer appointment yesterday. My stylist did a wonderful job coloring and cutting my hair. Unfortunately, the stylist next to her was cutting hair for people while I waited for the coloring to set. She shared with her clients that she had not gotten the recent vaccine and was not wearing a mask. Due to my health, I was told to stay protected. I did not expect to be exposed to illness by getting my hair done. I noticed that several of the workers were wearing masks. It is smart to protect yourself from this illness. I wish I had known. The haircut I received is good. However, a mask is really important, and the stylist did not wear one. That should be fixed ASAP. Her view on her health is one thing, but her view may affect someone else. Mask up!
