I recently purchased a set of new tires from this location. Not long after, I began to notice I was having to service one tire quite frequently. I originally assumed this was due to temperature changes. Seeing as how none of the other tires required servicing at the rate of this particular tire I decided to take my vehicle back for an inspection of said tire. Turns out the valve was either defective or incorrectly installed. The company refused to take any responsibility and charged me $31 for the replacement of the valve, this part cost less than $1.00. Needless to say I will never be doing business with this particular tires plus or any other for that matter.

Don't make an online appointment because they will not honor it. I tried to call and confirm the appointment but was put on hold and eventually had to hang up. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told I was not on the schedule. When I stated I made it online, the gentleman at the desk brushed it off and stated "I haven't had time to deny those yet". First, this location is within walking distance to Target so you can get a cute top while you get an oil change. Second, they are professional and courteous in person and over the phone. Third, if Target is not your jam, Dr. Phil on tv, coffee options, and the intoxicating smell of brand new tires make it a pleasant enough.

I recently had all 4 tires replaced and there was an issue with the ones I had ordered, so they upgraded me to nicer tires for the same price and they gave me the rebate that was for the other tires upfront off the tires I ended up receiving upon check-out. They were time efficient and polite. Any time I receive an oil-change they are usually quick and efficient as well. Everyone I have encountered there has been friendly every time.

They need to make sure they meet the corporate monthly goals of getting good amount of money. I took my car for a check engine scan they give me a list of things I had changed the bill is around $1000. This will be the last time I take my car to this place.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received from start to finish, and the way the staff explained the issue without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. We have purchased tires at this store for all three of our vehicles the past few years. They stand up to their guarantee in quality customer service and competitive pricing for tires and auto repairs. I was very impressed by the service they provided on Valentines Day 2018. My wife went to their shop for a slow leak on a tire and they quickly fixed it. They stated that it was a bad valve stem and they did not charge us because our tires were purchased at their shop. Then a week later on Valentines Day my wife went shopping and after coming out of the store noticed that the same tire went flat. She called Tires Plus and they sent out two men to drive the van back to their shop to figure out why the valve stem popped off and the tire went flat. She was very relieved to witness the two men servicing the vehicle and taking it to the shop for repairs. We found that the valve stem on the tire also included a sensor which also popped off. They replaced the valve stem with a new sensor (about $90) and did NOT charge us. I was very impressed how they handled this situation. The sensor was not part of the original work but they replaced it without any additional charges for labor or parts. We have had other positive experiences with Tires Plus Otsego and trust their work. They have proven this many times.
