My friend said she'd been here recently and so 3 of us went here 3/13/21 and it's such a great store, very bright, not sleazy, clearly defined sections, section for over 18 years old, lots of available parking. Stopped in feeling out of place until I walked around for a bit and didn't know what to get for me and my wife. Was asked a few times if I needed help before I told Jenny I had no idea what I was even doing there. Told her my story about how I was trying to bring some spice to our relationship. I have to say thank you so much for your help and not making it weird. Happy wife happy life....

Purchased custome/ apparel on 01/27/2021. I was concerned about size. Upon check out with two employees at counter helping me. Neither spoke up and said hey you won't be able to exchange it if it doesn't fit. On 1/28/21 I was given zero options except, to bad. Was at the Ramsey location. The worker on duty said "you can talk all you want just keep talking. Nothing were going to do for you, to bad". Then walked away left me standing there. There have a strict that's to bad policy beware!

Me and my fience were at this store for the first time and we weren't greated by the store staff and instead asked for our ids right away. A person should ask to see how they are doing and then ask for the id. Anyways I did end up picking some lingerie for my fience and I purchased the product. Me and my fience got into the car and realized that our product was going to be to big for her and we went back in to return it. This is were the real problem started. We looked in the back for a different size but they did not have it so we wanted to return the product for our money back. They said no because we walked out the door and realized in our car that it was the wrong size they can only do store credit. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. So they opened up the product and showed it to us and while doing this the lady with brown hair had a very rude tone to her. She needs to be talked to by a Manager about her attitude. Anyways this is when we discovered that we can't return the product because of their stupid policy. Another thing is that the product we purchased didn't even worth 50 dollars. It looked so cheap we could have purchased it on Amazon for way less and they would have still returned it for our money back. This place sucked and we are not shopping here again unless the Manager does something. I've read orher posts and it looks like the Manager is watching the reviews. This incident happened today 2/2/19 around 9:30.

As far as the staff? This little blonde girl is absolutely wonderful! So cheerful and nice! The older gal with dark blackish wavy hair? She’s more middle aged I think? Extremely rude and stand-off ish. I asked her a question and she redirected me to someone else and her body language is awful... She’s just not a nice lady at all. I’ve been in that store quite a few times and most of the people I dealt with are wonderful but just that one lady... I don’t know if she’s head honcho or what. I’ll steer clear of that one! Today on 8-13-17 I went to Enchantasys in Ramsey, MN with my girlfriend. I had the BEST experience and amazing customer service! The prices were at a reasonable price and the store had a LARGE selection of items to choose from. I LOVE there point system, it saves me some money. My girlfriend was shy to go to a sex store and was nervous about judgment. However, when we left she had a big smile and felt very excepted at the store. She also, loves going there and we both want to continue going to Enchantasys. Wonderful experience! Thank you, Enchantasys! Well . . . . I did send them the message via the FaceBook messenger. As I adamantly said . . Whose minding the shop as the clock shows 10:10 of that morning. as I wanted to see their products. As I get a response saying . . She's having car troubles be there shortly. 40 minutes passes and inconsistent with their statement. I peeked into the window and sees the inventory in nice orderly manners. Ya right last night was painted, had to move stuff around. Another bad excuse. Next time when I plan to be in that area, will double check to make sure THAT shop is open ! ... sigh
