Rosemount liquor has a great selection of wine and spirits. I enjoy whiskeys and have found some great choices. Nicest things that they dont gouge you on the most sought after bottles. Locally owned, great people, great selection and great prices. Win, win, win!

Normal store visit for us except the cashier said "what type of pizza can I get ya" (I spent 60 something). Free pizza with my purchase?! Excellent!

Absolutely no regard for COVID-19 guidelines. I will not return to this store at any point after the blatant disregard for the healthy and wellbeing of customers and staff.

This use to be my favorite liquor store,but ever since about a year or so ago the customer service has definitely went down the drain. There was maybe 1 time about a month ago a new lady was working in there.As soon as I came through the door she said "Hello" with a big smile and asked "if she could help me find anything,I said No and she said" if you need any help to let me know." When I checked out,I told her "it is so nice to come in here again and be greeted with a smile and such amazing customer service!" She thanked me and asked me to share that with her boss.

I'm not happy with Rosemont liquor. I went in today to ask for boxes Pacific ones called E & J Brandy long white and red boxes. Jordan told me yes they have empty boxes but they have to use them for the weekend for their alcohol. I'm sure a few boxes like 6 of them for my moving August 26th will not be a big bother. You have a whole store that there's thousands and thousands of product of liquor boxes that I'm sure gets delivered on certain days so I'm sure that you lady's and gentleman can provide boxes for people that are moving and people that have liquor for the weekend. 🤨😖😔 Just so you know this is one way of losing customers because of one little tiny complaint that can turn into a major disaster. Because I know a lot of people that love coming to your liquor store and if I tell them which I will about Jordon not giving me the boxes that I requested I guarantee you you will not have customers coming and buying alcohol because on how rude and disrespectful Jordon was. CUSTOMERS are ALWAYS ARE RIGHT and CUSTOMERS ALWAYS GET what they WANT NO MATTER WHAT the situation is!!!!! The only way to keep a business going it's by keeping your customers happy one slip-up of a customer complaint your company can go down faster than the speed of light. So when the customer comes in and ask for boxes for moving. The proper way to say is. Absolutely how many boxes do you need and what kind of boxes would you like was a very big smile on your face? And you tell them to please come again and I will help you with any situation that you may need!! With a big smile on your face. I don't care how bad of a day you are having I don't care how grouchy you are I don't care if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I don't care you have whatever that customer lady or gentleman want want they get it. You have to have employees to have a business and you have to have customers to keep the business going otherwise you don't have nothing. Happy customers happy business. No employees no happy business. This is something strongly to think about and talk with your employees about. The owner about and manager about. WOW!!! I am appalled at the kind of service I received here. I brought my products (two 6-packs) up to the counter and there were two young people working, a girl and a guy. The guy started to ring me out, I handed him my ID and card without him saying a word to me, not a single word. The girl then stepped over and said to him, "here let me just finish this and you eat." I then looked over and saw that this guy had Arby's just laying out on the counter next to him. She asked me if I wanted a receipt and I looked at her and said "yes, since I don't even know how much I just paid for the product." She threw the receipt on top of the two 6 packs that I had and then hurried me along so she could help the next lady after me, who was also unhappy. Do NOT bring your business here!
