I was surprised that all pumps were prepay, even during the daytime. I'm a cash person and really don't like having to lay down 80 bucks and then come back in for my change after filling my tank. Other than that, they're okay.

All of them are kind and friendly, even the the staff that normally working back are great!.

Great. Always busy. On January 3rd all pumps are going to prepay or pay at the pump.... An inconvenience for me since I don't prepay and I don't trust pay at the pump transactions. More than likely I will not be buying gas at this location in the future.

I love everything about quick trip except for insane amount of dialogue required to simply buy something “Did you find everything ok? Do you have any gas today? Will that be card or cash? Do you have a rewards card? Would you like to start one? Do you want a receipt? Could you spare a moment to talk about our lord and savior Jesus Christ? We will be having fish sandwiches on sale tomorrow for $1.99. Thank you, come back and see us again.” Nobody wants this much interaction with a stranger at 5:30am. Can I just pay for my breakfast and leave?

I’m not sure how I should feel, except maybe thankful I was buying the cheeseburger today, as the team behind the cash registers was loudly discussing that it was time to change out (deep fryer oil maybe?) but the last time the employee (male, sandy hair) said he thought it was time, he got in trouble for bringing it up. The lady helping me (older, silver hair and glasses) chimed in that the chicken she took home from there the other night was “bad”, and it needs to be changed. Wow. Gross. Just not the conversation to have in front of customers…

Both times I’ve went there to get coffee they forgot to load the French vanilla so it tastes like water. I mix Columbian and French Vanilla usually so water and columbian does not mix well together. Make sure you fill it and I might change my review.

Kwik Trip is an amazing gas station that tops all others in the area, great customer service and food. Even if issues arise with the employees they are quick to fix it and make it right. I also love the new chicken!
