Worst BR experience ever. Stale waffle cones, wrong flavors, were out of basic things requested. 100% unsatisfactory

I asked for one scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel and chocolate syrup with nuts. They gave me the wrong order 4 times, and I ended up leaving with still the wrong order. Also the manager was very rude over one scoop of ice cream! I’ve never seen someone mess up something over and over and be rude about it.

We were here before 9:00pm. They would not let us come in. Said they had to close early but drive thru was open. The menu board was not lit so we couldn’t shop for a flavor like we would have been able to if we went inside. Please change the sign on your door and website to indicate this or stay open until 9:00 in your lobby

It's just your average Wendy's staff is friendly as usual. I only got for the Frosty's and that's it. So never a problem with my order.

My son and I go all the time. Staff is great and very nice clean environment. And the ice cream is AWESOME!

If only there was a 0 star button I would press it. The service was terrible.We entered the store and went to the counter. Other customers got in front of us. One of the employees looked at us in line and said"Hold on for a second."Then she proceeded to take other customers' orders who were behind us. She then came to us, and continued bugging us while we were deciding. She struggled with scooping the ice cream. She barely could count the change correctly. She talked to us as if we were poor. We had an overall terrible experience. I don't reccomend this Baskin Robin's location. The other employees watched us get treated poorly. She acted as if she did not comprehend. I can't side with the other customer's saying they cuss at each other. Or I can't say that there is hair on my ice cream but I can say my ice cream tasted spoiled and if you want family friendly go somewhere else. I will not go back .

As others have stated, the employees are rude and extremely unprofessional. Brand new store and already they let it look dirty. I carried all 4 boys and while eating they were all yelling across the back, cursing and the window either was HATEFUL to customers coming through drive thru. Icecream was good though.

they were closed almost a full half hour before their posted close time. the drive through is also never open. The ice cream is meh not bad not great.
