Marvin is the BEST! He greeted us at the door and made everything happen. We needed to switch providers and get new phones, so we were a long process. We had a great experience swapping over to AT&T. Marvin is great people person!

Christian was super helpful and just the friendliest! Can’t wait to set up my new iphone and watch when they arrive! He helped me get mine and my aunt’s phones combined on the same plan with no problems at all! Would come back based on this experience alone!

Although they were busy, we were greeted with friendly faces and a happy welcome. Syntori was very professional and helpful in getting us exactly what we needed! We waited less than 5 minutes and were out the door with our purchase and updated account in less than one hour!

I had a lot going on but they were professional, helpful and hilarious 🤣 totally helped me get everything done quickly and explained everything every step of the way. I enjoyed my visit plus they took time to show me all the great things that could be done on my new Apple Watch! Great job , keep up the good work guys!!

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would!! I had a TERRIBLE experience today in AT&T!! The guy (Christian) who I made my appointment had to call in sick today so another lady “helped” me. I wouldn’t even call it help. She barely spoke to me the entire time we were setting up my devices. (I was bringing my service over from a different carrier, but she could NOT have cared less!! And then I was told that my iPhone 13 Pro would only trade in for HALF of what I had originally been told when setting up my account!! She asked ZERO questions about what services I wanted to add to my account. Told me I could do them online. This is ridiculous!! I purchased 2 brand new phones, and 2 smart watches. I would think that someone would treat their new customers better than that!

Precious was great! I came in with several issues that normally would be resolved over the phone, but she was able to handle it all herself. Made everything so much easier and gave me peace of mind on what to expect from my new service when it comes to my bill.

I’ve dealt with this AT&T store many times and each time it was seamless. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Christian and he was amazing! Explained everything and in good detail! He provided amazing service and made me feel very comfortable like we were old friends!!

Not only that, but her personality was very welcoming and bubbly ! Thanks AT&T! She should definitely be considered for a promotion of some sorts!
