Absolute horrendous customer service. Ordered a firearm to their location so I could pick it up. Brought in a printed copy of my vehicles registration for "proof of address" and was indirectly told it was fake. Ended up shipping the firearm back to the manufacturer and went with a different business.

Went up there to purchase some firearms for their tax free weekend. They were more worried about turn and burn than quality customer service. I bought two guns from them and spent 1300 dollars and both NEW guns had blemishes on them. I called it to the attention of the salesman and I asked him if I could see several of them to find the best one.. he straight up told me no and said it was too busy to do that. He said to me that it's going to get scratched up eventually anyways. I wonder if he'd buy a brand new car with scratches on it even though "it's going to get scratched anyways". Bottom line. Any time I ever bought a blemish gun online it was discounted.they just wanna sell scratched up stuff and convince you that it's all good. I'll never do business with them again. And I'm for sure going to make sure all of my buddies never go there either. When you have someone spending 1300 in your store you do your best to make them happy. Customer service comes first.

Drew was very helpful! I needed a reliable service pistol for work but I also needed a holster that it would fit into. We browsed several firearms and holsters until we found a good match. It took perhaps a little longer than I would've expected but my dude was a rockstar! He made sure I was outfitted properly and helped with everything I needed. I would definitely recommend Dad's Super Pawn if you're in need of a service pistol and/or holster! It was a great visit and I'll definitely be back.🤘

I went in to pay a bill for someone and the person behind the counter had made a mistake. She fixed it right away but there was change that needed to be picked up. I went to pick up the change and I got mixed up with the address and she began berating me. I was trying to explain that I am a case worker and got mixed up. She said I couldn’t have the money owed to my client because I didn’t have the information correct. I completely understand this but she could’ve said the same thing without being so awful to me for no reason.

First of all, I have lived in Ohio, Arizona, Utah, and now Mississippi. Dads Super Pawn has, by far, the most incredible inventory I have ever seen in my life. I’ve only dealt with Drew. He is the most pleasant, polite professional I have encountered in the firearm industry. I traded a Taurus Judge along with a Springfield Armory XMD(NIB/unfired) for an HK VP9SK. As a side note the Taurus Judge sat in a high desert storage shed and had slight corrosion(As long as I live I will never purchase a Taurus again). He gave me super fair trade value! Dads selection is unparalleled. Highly recommended.

The staff was extremely condescending and disrespectful when a customer didn't have an expert level of knowledge. The older gentleman with white hair behaved in a manor that I could only describe as demeaning, and I can only say that in my opinion, they do more to damage then help the second amendment, and I would not recommend for new shooters.

I've got to say I've done business with these folks for a few years now and my overall experience has been great. They even accepted a request to be used as a drop off or us truck drivers that need a place to store our CCW when entering facilities where it's not allowed in the area. Good 2A minded people that are willing to help their community.

I love Dad’s Super Pawn in Gulfport, MS so much! I have been dealing with them for over 15 years. Jeannine, the jewelry manager, has been so good to me when I need to pawn some jewelry for a short time, or a little longer! I get a great price and super easy payback terms AND they give you cash on the spot!! They have such a huge selection of things! I highly recommend Dad’s Super Pawn!!!
