We had an appt. for Sat. at 8:00 for a repair to the tire on my husbands truck. we had it booked in advance because the Service clerk said they was too busy to fix his tire. Sat. morning he got up and went to Walmart Service and the guy there said he could not repair or do any thing thing because both Mgrs. was off and no one to enter the request. I believe this is poor manangement on your store. We had to go to another repair place and get done but we got lucky and Goodyear was open that day. We shop at Walmart a lot and I believe it is going down hill everyday. Please see what can be done about this issue! Service: Tires

Website not accurate. Got here at 3pm. Employees stated they are not taking any more customers. Gates closed at 4pm. Site and signs needs updating to depict actual hours.

No one cares about anything at this store anymore. It is on a constant decline in staff and service. It seems the associates don't know how to use the services Walmart provides, so customers know about as much as the workers do. Very sad. Service: Wheel alignment

Hours say they were updated by business 2 weeks ago, whoever updated them should be beaten with sticks. Had to waste a trip here at 6 pm on Wednesday only to find put they close much earlier than 7 pm. Came back on Thursday and the staff was helpful and also informed me that they typically close at 4 pm. Overall positive experience but whoever updated the hours gets 0/5 Service: Tires

I called two days in a row just to see if my tire size was available. I was placed on hold for 47 minutes on day one and 52 minutes on day two. Unfortunately no one ever came back to the phone on either day. Customer service doesn't seem to exit at this location anymore.

I went to inquire about my tires after I had taken my car to Firestone for a courtesy check and was told all 4 tires were bad. Since the tires were purchased from Wal-Mart I took it back to let them check them. Joey was very attentive to my needs he listened for understanding and not just to respond. He repeated several times what I was saying to have a full understanding of what I wanted to do. He scheduled me an appointment for 03/18/2021 at 2pm to have the tires checked. When I arrived he knew who I was. As he began to explain what they were going to do a young lady name Lisa stepped in and gave him some different instructions. So I asked him why he couldn't do what he was explaining and he said she's the boss. So I said, Ms Lisa why they can't take the tires off she looked at me very stern however she was polite and explained why. She said I will have them look at your tires what kinda of car and color is it. I was a little frustrated but I didn't say anything, Ms Lisa came back in and said she was going to order me 4 new tires and said they would be in on Friday and told Joey to schedule me an appointment to have them installed on Sunday 03/21/2021. Today I arrived and Joey and Lisa provided world-class customer service. It didn't take long either. Mercer was really nice as well. When I got in my car it showed low tire pressure for 3 tires I asked him did I need to pull back in to get some air he said no they all have 35psi and it should reset just drive. Mercer was right it reset. My experience this time around was beyond my expectation. Thanks Lisa, Joey, and Mercer for the legendary customer service.

Myself and several customers waited in line for 30 minutes before a cashier came to assist us. I felt as if my oil change should have been discounted or my air filter should have been free. But no compensation was given to me or any of the other customers. After standing and waiting for 30 minutes. I still had to wait of course for services. Only a feeble apology was given. I normally get my oil changed there every time but not sure if I will go back there.

If you want your tires to blow out 4 months after you get them this is definitely where you should go.. Replaced all 4 of my tires 4 or 5 months ago and 2 have blown out. 1 a month after being replaced and the other 4 months after being replaced.. Not to mention their service is terrible and they are very slow.. If you leave your car up there for anything they do not call to tell you when it’s ready you have to keep calling until they finally have it ready hours later.
