Very unprofessional! I’ve used this pharmacy for 14 years and since it’s change from save rite to LOVES customer service has been horrible. For the last 6 months When I go to pick up my prescriptions there’s always an issue. I’ve had the same insurance company for about the same amount of time that I’ve used this pharmacy and today the Lady very loudly told me my husband was terminated from the insurance but my prescriptions were ready. Which made no sense because we’re on the same insurance. Most months they fill meds I didn’t call in to be refilled. My husband has had two mistakes with his prescriptions both times they messed up on the milligram which is something that’s very important in medicine. Today I just had enough of the mistakes and always an issue or somethings not right so I switched to a different pharmacy.

Always super quick about filling my prescriptions. They special order a specific kind of medicine for me that no where else would , they always have it on time . Even when I forget to call ahead and order it . I have been using this pharmacy for years , and never had a bad interaction with any of the staff . My grandfather recently had never used them , he had back surgery and walmart would not fill his medicine . So I took him to loves . They let him sit down , got all of his information , filled his medicine in less then 10 minutes , AND gave him a better price !

Pharmacy filled my out of state prescription with no issuess at all...where the big chains Walmart, Walgreens, CVS all said no. Staff was courteous and kind. Fast service. Store is amazing too..all kinds if jewelry, one of a kind gifts, clothing, baby items, wedding items, decor, personalized gifts, candles.....just great over all experience and awesome customer service!
