Terrible customer service I went and had a terrible experience no workers to be seen. They let the self checkout machines do all the work and don’t come out till minutes after hearing the machine calling for help of an assistant. Other than that the worker goes back inside and doesn’t show up. There no help! Go to another CVS not this one!

I stopped using their pharmacy a long time ago. The staff in the rest of the store is amazing. The manager is very helpful. I enjoy the experience every time I go to this CVS.

There have been two different instances involving multiple pharmacists and pharmacy techs where I've been very disappointed by their customer service. Their staff is uninformed on procedures, and there is a lot of disconnect. They don't communicate effectively or efficiently. If you cannot get your prescription filled, they won't contact you about it. They'll wait on you to call them and ask why it hasn't been filled. Both times, I was given answers that should have been addressed immediately upon dropping off my prescription. Instead, I've had to wait up to an entire 48 hours to hear from them. I'll be transparent with you - I did speak to the manager rather rudely. I was fed up with how my prescriptions have been handled, and I let him know about it. He did not apologize for himself or his staff. There was zero sympathy for my situation. It was pathetic.

The pharmacy must be ran poorly at this CVS. I dropped a prescription off at 8pm on a Monday and explained that I will need to pick up the prescription by 9am on Tuesday because I am flying out of town the pharmacist told me that it wouldn't be a problem. I showed up at 9:30 am and it wasn't ready. This is very disappointing and a great way to loose a customer. I know where I will not be filling my scripts anymore. There are ALOT of other pharmacies in the area. I gave them a two because the pharmacy tech that had to tell me she couldn't get it ready after she asked the pharmassist if he could make it real quick. Well she seemed very nice and willing to help.

The Pharmacist went above and beyond. He found my son's insurance information although I didn't have his insurance card or ssi number handy. They all were extremely professional and kind. The best pharmacy in Desoto Co. no doubt.

I was relaying my bad experience with a relative. When I got to the part of "walked back to the pharmacy", she interrupted me saying she doesnt go to that pharmacy because the employees in the pharmacy are a..holes. Later I was talking to a friend and began to tell my bad experience with this pharmacy and she also interrupted me and said she never goes there anymore and she drives to a CVS further away because the pharmacy employees are so discourteous. Just terrible attitudes and I will never, ever, enter that store location again for any purchase.
