Literally (HATE !) Businesses like these because they take advantage of less fortunate people with their ridiculous interest rates, by the time you have paid off anything you would have owned 2 of them...I don't recommend renting to own anything from this establishment unless you like wasting money.

Kacee is the best manager that national tv has ever had!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and satisfied!!! I love buying from her and Derek is amazing as well. He will do what ever he can to get you exactly what you need. They are a great team!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have a zero return policy and solid me a lemon of a washer and dryer and over the past 3+ months they refuse to take their products back, fix them or work with me in any capacity. Everytime (4 missed appointments so far) they “scheduled” a technician to come over and fix their appliances they stand me up! Even the MANAGER wrote down my last appointment in front of me and when the tech blew me off again and I called the representative said they couldn’t find records of my apt and rescheduled me for later that day AND THE TECH STILL DIDNT SHOW!!!! Which is SO FRUSTRATING AND DISRESPECTFUL to a mother of two who has to schedule everything around her kids! And all I want to freakn do is wash my kids cloths, you would think in a small town a small business would have any kind of customer service and would put their customers first....but National tv sales and rental only cares about making money no matter who they screw over in the process. I should have ordered my appliances from Amazon, at least they have a return policy! And if you get a lemon appliance they will actually do what’s right for you and replace it! This place is a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR SUPPORT THEM IN ANYWAY!

Well first off we came and got a couch it was supposed to be 500$ and we made our payments and when we was close to paying it off we checked to see what we owed and get told it's like 700$ how can that be when the couch was 500$? Well its cause they didn't bother to tell.you that that's only for the first 90 days. If they would of told us we would of paid it and went on but nope ater we already gave them almost 500$ they wanted to charge us another 700$ so everyone be careful and make sure you ask all.the questions you want so you dont get screwed like we did.

Awesome place, my oven broke on me right before Thanksgiving and they were so helpful, delt with me as i was in a panic and i had an oven that night! Thank u guys our Thanksgiving turned out awesome!!
