The sales team seem to be friendly and somewhat knowledgeable about the used vehicles on their location in California, Missouri. I purchased an older model SUV from them in August 2021 and it is a very nice low mileage vehicle. Unlike most New Car Dealers they don't always send the older vehicles to the auto auctions. This enables Sakelaris Ford to reach a broader segment of customers who may not want to purchase a late model car or truck in order to pick up a 2nd vehicle for a family with multiple drivers.

The team at Sakelaris Ford in California were amazing from the very beginning of this process. We have been looking for a used truck and with the way things are now you can't find one. Amanda with Sakelaris was amazing in helping us search for one but we still couldn't find anything, she suggested ordering one. So we did. She kept us up to date through the whole process. Just bought my second vehicle from these guys. They've earned my highest recommendation. The sales team is friendly, patient and helpful. The entire place has a family atmosphere and there are no high-pressure tricks or gimmicks. They answered all my questions, found the best financing and were straightforward with everything. These guys were terrific beyond belief. I got a great year-end deal on a new F150 one model year old. Troy is super knowledgeable about cars and trucks and was able to answer all questions. He was kind and patient in negotiating details. Dave, the finance guy, went out of his way to get me a good interest rate. In short, this dealership is my favorite of any I have ever visited.
