Very good and extensive assortment, quick and efficient customer service, reliable communication. We, being of Eastern European descent, have ordered beef tongue, the specialty very rarely available among on-line or brick-and-mortar vendors. I get the best customer service when dealing with these people. Of the food they carry, it's the cleanest that I know of. No other meat compares in terms of healthfulness. It may seem expensive to buy real food, but it's cheaper than sick care. I discovered these guys due to a holistic doctor's recommendation.
